Superior performance Sample Clauses

The "Superior performance" clause defines the standards or benchmarks that a party must meet or exceed in fulfilling their contractual obligations. Typically, this clause sets out specific criteria or performance metrics that go beyond basic requirements, such as delivering products ahead of schedule, achieving higher quality levels, or providing exceptional service. Its core practical function is to incentivize outstanding results and ensure that the receiving party benefits from performance that surpasses ordinary expectations, thereby encouraging excellence and potentially providing grounds for additional rewards or recognition.
