Switching Limits Sample Clauses

The Switching Limits clause sets boundaries on how often or under what conditions a party may switch between different options, services, or contractual arrangements within an agreement. Typically, this clause might specify a maximum number of switches allowed within a certain period, or require advance notice before a switch can occur. Its core practical function is to prevent excessive or disruptive changes, ensuring stability and predictability for both parties involved.
