System Hardware. 1- 22 The Program will be fully functional on XXXXX computers equipped with any version of XXXXX processors. A minimum of XX of RAM and approximately XXX local hard disk storage are required. Access to XXXXX disk is necessary to perform installation.
System Hardware. The proposed system should have a variety of connectors to allow flexibility of design. Connectors must allow the skidding of several joined panels and should not allow dimensional gain at a panel-to-panel joint. The system must have connectors that work well under a variety of tolerances, such as uneven floors. Current components must be able to fit older installations of the same brand and must be of uniform quality.
System Hardware. As part of Maintenance Services, Contractor must provide maintenance of the Solution’s System Hardware infrastructure. Contractor must pass thru to the County all equipment warranties provided by the original equipment manufacturers at the point of sale. Contractor must repair, upgrade/replace, or oversee the repair, upgrade or replacement of, all System Hardware components as needed throughout the entire Term of the Contract to comply with the Solution Requirements and the warranties specified herein in this SLA and throughout the Contract.
3.4.1 As part of Contractor’s Hardware Maintenance services for all Contractor- provided Solution Hardware, Contractor must:
i. Inspect, clean, and test connectivity of all Hardware including connectivity between all redundant server nodes,
ii. Utilize automated monitoring tools to monitor CAD server operations at all installed sites, and report all Deficiencies to the Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) help-desk,
iii. Agree with the County regarding the Severity Level of each identified Hardware Deficiency, and remedy the Deficiency in accordance with Paragraph 5.2 (Resolution of Deficiencies) below,
iv. Provide technical support to administer and operate all System environments (e.g., Production, Training, Testing, and Business Continuity), v. Periodically test the CAD System to ensure all data and configurations are automatically replicating (system backup) to each of the server sites as part of the Software Preventive Maintenance program, and as prescribed in the Business Continuity Strategy, and
System Hardware. Franchisee shall maintain, at its sole cost and expense, computer hardware and related equipment designated by Remedy, in its sole discretion, as required for the use of the I/SEARCH 2000 Software. Franchisee shall purchase such required computer hardware and related equipment through Remedy. Remedy may, from time-to-time, modify, change, add or delete specifications required for computer hardware and related equipment. Any change in specifications provided by Remedy shall, which may require the purchase of additional equipment or the upgrade of existing equipment, be implemented within a reasonable time after notice of such change by Remedy and at the sole cost and expense of Franchisee.
System Hardware. (Applicable to CLINs 0001, 0002, 0005 and if exercised 1001, 2001, 3001, 4001, 1002, 2002, 3002, 4002, 0004, 1005, 2005, 3005, 4005, 0006). The Contractor shall procure, manufacture, assemble, test and deliver equipment per the provided technical documentation by the delivery date stated in Section F.
System Hardware. Sourcewell shall provide access to a digital information processing, transmission, and storage system (the “System Hardware”) enabling Customer to perform operations using the Software and to make the information generated by and stored in the database(s) supported by the Software available on demand by users. System Hardware, system software, load balancer, database software, and database storage will be located in a managed data center.
System Hardware. Except for Row 44’s (or its Vendors) right to receive payment for such System Unit (or component, as applicable), Row 44 represents and warrants to Southwest that each System Unit shall be provided to Southwest free and clear of all liens and encumbrances and when initially provided to Southwest shall be provided in new condition and shall not have been previously refurbished or reconditioned. This warranty shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement. ***
System Hardware. 2.8.1 Envisaged hardware layout: • Hosted master database server – 1 • Hosted management server – 1 • Hosted reporting server – 1 • Local back-up server hosted at Service Provider’s Mossel Bay office – 1 • Mossel Bay direct vendor Point of Sale terminals – +-35, of which 8 must have emergency fail-over capability. • Existing municipal administration workstations – 10. Hardware not to be replaced under this contract. • Existing municipal cashier workstations – 6. Hardware not to be replaced under this contract. • Servers can be combined, depending on Software requirements.
2.8.2 The Service Provider must provide and install all the necessary hardware needed to operate the vending system and must maintain and upgrade the hardware during the contract period. Ownership of all on site hardware, exclusive of servers hosted at Service Provider’s premises outside of Mossel Bay, will revert to Mossel Bay Municipality at the end of the initial contract period or in the event of a contract breach. There will be no cost implication.
2.8.3 All components of the system must operate on a standard, readily available, PC-based machine with no special modifications required to any parts. Brand-name system will be the preferred option. The PC's will be utilised for additional purposes e.g. receipting, emails.
2.8.4 POS (Point of Sale) terminals can be PC or other Mobile terminals that comply with the hardware and software requirements. These terminals must be submitted for approval by Mossel Bay Municipality.
2.8.5 Encryption cards and security modules must be centralised in the hosted central environment to ensure the security of the system, except for the online / offline POS terminals.
2.8.6 All servers must have the necessary redundancy. The necessary backup facilities will also be provided. The Service Provider must provide an offsite backup server for disaster recovery purposes which must be located at the Service Provider’s offices in Mossel Bay. The Service Provider must allow for the necessary communication link/cable between this office and Mossel Bay Municipality’s server room.
2.8.7 All the PC based equipment will be supplied with stand-alone UPS systems (minimum 15-minute standby) to prevent loss of data and corruption of database files.
System Hardware. COUNTY shall own all System Hardware as installed at COUNTY Facilities in accordance with Exhibit A (Statement of Work). Title to each component of the System Hardware shall automatically transfer from CONTRACTOR to COUNTY upon COUNTY's written approval of, and COUNTY's full payment of, the invoice under Deliverable 10.1 (Successfully Complete System Reliability Test (Reliability Test)), Deliverable 25 (Successfully Complete System Reliability Test (Reliability Test) for New System Hardware), Deliverable 26.2 (Certification of Diagnostic Testing of New System Hardware Provided for Clinician Access under Change Notice Numbers 005 and 010 and Amendment Number Five), Deliverable 28 (Successfully Complete System Reliability Test (Reliability Test) for New System Hardware Provided for Master Patient Index Suite under Amendment Number Five), Deliverable 30 (Successfully Complete System Reliability Test (Reliability Test) for New System Hardware Provided for Quantim Suite under Amendment Number Six), or Deliverable 32 (Successfully Complete System Reliability Test (Reliability Test) for New System Hardware Provided for Inpatient Pharmacy under COUNTY Purchase Order Numbers S41721 and S41722 and COUNTY Other Professional Services Request Numbers HUMC-6040-R and OVMC-174-R), as applicable, of Exhibit A (Statement of Work) covering the particular System Hardware component. CONTRACTOR warrants to COUNTY that each component of System Hardware to be provided to COUNTY hereunder shall be owned by CONTRACTOR and, upon date of title transfer to COUNTY, such System Hardware component shall be free and clear of all liens and encumbrances. CONTRACTOR further warrants to COUNTY that upon full payment by COUNTY for any component of System Hardware, such System Hardware component shall be owned by COUNTY. Nothing contained herein shall preclude COUNTY from making a collateral pledge of, or directing CONTRACTOR to transfer legal title to, one or more items of System Hardware to Los Angeles County Capital Assets Leasing, if required by the terms of any existing agreement binding on COUNTY.”
