The Technical Reviews clause establishes a process for systematically evaluating the technical aspects of a project or deliverable. Typically, it requires scheduled meetings or checkpoints where project stakeholders, such as engineers or subject matter experts, assess progress, identify issues, and ensure compliance with technical requirements. By formalizing these reviews, the clause helps catch potential problems early, maintain quality standards, and ensure that the project stays aligned with agreed-upon specifications.
Technical Reviews. AGL may, if requested, hold technical reviews for Members at their request and at the Member’s site if the review has no impact on the Consortium’s Research Program. AGL travel and related expenses will be borne by the Member requesting the review.
Technical Reviews. Farmee shall, beginning in June of 1998, and in June and December of each calendar year thereafter during the term of this Contract, provide to the appropriate Amoco personnel, a review of Farmee's activities on the Lease Acreage in the Exploration Area. Information included in the review shall include, but shall not be limited to, details regarding proposed seismic acquisition programs, well status reports including location and results of ▇▇▇▇▇ drilled and location and approximate drilling schedule of proposed ▇▇▇▇▇. Additionally, the review shall include. information regarding the handling of farmout requests received by Farmee including information detailing the response or proposed response Farmee made to each request. All information included in the review shall be held strictly confidential by Amoco.
Technical Reviews. West shall periodically (but no less than once each year) coordinate and sponsor a joint technical review which will examine, without limitation, technical advances made by West that may directly or indirectly benefit BD.
Technical Reviews. 1. The Commission may initiate a technical review at any time during the implementation of the project and up to the date of the final payment. The aim of a technical review shall be to assess the work carried out under the project over a certain period, inter alia by evaluating the project reports and deliverables relevant to the period in question. Such reviews may cover scientific, technological and other aspects relating to the proper execution of the project and the grant agreement.
2. With respect to the Description of work (▇▇▇▇▇ ▇), the review shall objectively establish: - the degree of fulfilment of the project work plan for the relevant period and of the related deliverables - the continued relevance of the objectives and breakthrough potential with respect to the scientific and industrial state of the art, - the resources planned and utilised in relation to the achieved progress, in a manner consistent with the principles of economy, efficiency and effectiveness, - the management procedures and methods of the project , - the beneficiaries’ contributions and integration within the project, - the expected potential impact in economic, competition and social terms, and the beneficiaries' plans for the use and dissemination of foreground.
3. The review shall be deemed to be initiated on the date of receipt by the beneficiary(ies) of the relevant letter sent by the Commission.
4. Any such review shall be carried out on a confidential basis.
5. The Commission may be assisted in the technical review by external scientific or technological experts. Prior to the carrying out of the evaluation task, the Commission shall communicate to the beneficiaries the identity of the appointed experts. The beneficiary(ies) shall have the right to refuse the participation of a particular external scientific or technological expert on grounds of commercial confidentiality.
6. The review may be carried out remotely at the expert's home or place of work or involve sessions with project representatives either at the Commission premises or at the premises of beneficiaries. The Commission or the external scientific or technological expert may have access to the locations and premises where the work is being carried out, and to any document concerning the work.

Technical Reviews. As part of GIMDE 2K engineering management the Contractor shall schedule and conduct technical reviews. The timing, number and content of the technical review required will be based on negotiations between the Contractor and Government prior to contract award. The following represent examples of the types of technical reviews expected to be conducted:
Technical Reviews. There will be three types of technical reviews conducted as part of this effort; requirements reviews, design reviews, and test readiness reviews. These reviews coincide with the completion of major milestones within the program and the designated delivery dates. Technical Reviews. All actions will in principle undergo one peer Review in each calendar year, according to the provisions established in Article II.29. As a general rule, no Review will be held in the first 10 months of implementation of the action. The first in-depth Review will take place around month 14, with no prejudice to the possibility of triggering earlier reviews when deemed appropriate by the EC. In particular the EC may decide to perform a pre-Review towards month 11 of the action, with the aim of preparing the first in- depth Review.

Technical Reviews. The purpose of construction and right of way plan review is to provide the assistance and review needed to ensure that work performed by the consultant conforms to the contract scope of services and meets all applicable Federal and State standards.
