Timely Provision of Services. The Contractor shall be free to determine the hours of the day during which it will perform the Services, provided, however, that the Contractor agrees to the extent possible to endeavor to make the Dedicated Personnel available to the employees of the Company at regularly scheduled hours as agreed by the Contractor. Further, where required for the efficient and proper provision of the Services, Contractor shall make himself available to provide the Services at the place and time requested by Company.
