Use of Park. Tenant shall have non-exclusive access no greater and no less than any other member of the public to the park property outside the Premises and shall obey all applicable municipal, state and federal laws when enjoying the park.

Use of Park. 3.1. Organizer shall be permitted to utilize all softball fields at the Park in furtherance of its commitment and agreement to organize, schedule, promote, and manage non-municipal-league softball tournaments. With the written permission of the City Manager or his designee, Organizer may also be permitted to utilize the baseball fields at the Park. 3.2. Organizer understands, agrees, and acknowledges that no vehicles shall be permitted inside the Park, except to use designated drop-off points and parking areas. Organizer shall ensure that its staff, participants, coaches, players, and spectators park their vehicles in compliance with this Section. The City may, in its discretion, require individuals in violation of this Section to leave the Park and may have any such vehicles towed. 3.3. Except for properly documented service animals, Organizer shall be permitted to ban and exclude pets from the Park during tournaments organized by Organizer. 3.4. Organizer understands, agrees, and acknowledges that participation in and spectating of tournaments shall be done in a friendly and sportsmanlike manner and without obscene language. The City reserves the right to remove anyone from the Park who fails to abide by these standards. To the extent reasonably practicable, Organizer shall ensure that its participants, coaches, players, and spectators comply with the behavior and conduct standards set forth in this Section.

Use of Park. The Park is available for use by the general public for public events, in City’s sole and absolute discretion. In order to utilize the Park, the Committee must contact the Parks Division Manager sixty (60) days in advance of any planned event and submit an application for use of the Park in conformance with the then current park reservation procedures. The Committee shall be responsible for paying the normal and customary fees for using the Park unless those fees have been waived by the Families, Parks and Recreation Department Director in accordance with City policy.

The Committee shall be responsible for paying the normal and customary fees for using the Park. B. No additional events may be scheduled in the Park on Pearl Harbor Day, D-Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day and Veterans Day, at which times the Mayor’s Veteran’s Advisory Council retains exclusive use of the Park. The Committee may elect to be a part of festivities on these days by coordinating with the Mayor’s Veteran’s Advisory Council.

Use of Park a. Nothing in this Agreement shall inhibit the County’s application of existing or future policies and regulations of the Board of County Commissioners or, administrative policies of the County Manager, applicable to the management of public parks. b. Nothing herein shall be construed to limit the public’s access to the park or use of the park’s amenities in a manner consistent with the adopted policies and regulation of the Board of County Commissioners and/or the administrative policies of the County Manager.

  • Use of PTO A nurse will be required to take his or her accrued PTO during the leave, except where required by law. a. Notwithstanding the foregoing, for absences greater than thirty (30) days, a nurse will be allowed to leave up to eighty (80) accrued hours remaining in his/her PTO bank. Such a nurse shall designate to the Medical Center, prior to the announcement of such absence, the date by which compensation for PTO is to be discontinued. b.   • Use of Partially Constructed Roads Unless Contracting Officer determines that there is justification under existing conditions and ground conditions permit hauling without undue damage, portions of Specified Roads shall be Substantially Completed prior to their use for hauling timber. When necessary to facilitate construction and protect bridges and roads from damage, timber felled in construction and timber logged directly to the road from areas immediately adjacent thereto may be hauled before road construction is Substantially Completed. Such hauling shall be confined to periods when abnormal soil erosion and damage to National Forest lands will not result.

  • Use of Common Areas Tenant shall have the nonexclusive right (in common with other tenants and all others to whom Landlord has granted or may grant such rights) to use the Common Areas for the purposes intended, subject to such reasonable rules and regulations as Landlord may establish from time to time. Tenant shall abide by such rules and regulations and shall use its best effort to cause others who use the Common Areas with Tenant's express or implied permission to abide by Landlord's rules and regulations. At any time, Landlord may close any Common Areas to perform any acts in the Common Areas as, in Landlord's judgment, are desirable to improve the Project. Tenant shall not interfere with the rights of Landlord, other tenants or any other person entitled to use the Common Areas.
