WAGES & ALLOWANCES a) Upon lodgement of this Agreement, the wage rates as set out in Schedule ‘B’ will be paid for all employees and shall form the basic periodic hourly rates of pay under this Agreement. b) The wage rates in Schedule ‘B’ are more favourable than the rates of pay set out under the applicable Australian Fair Pay and Classification Scale. c) The wage rates in Schedule ‘B’ are in compensation for all non-expense related allowances, excluding fares and travel allowances, but including and not limited to: tool allowance, electrical licence margin, disability allowances, special allowances, construction allowances, dirty work allowances, high places allowances, wet places allowances, hot places allowances, underground work allowances, confined spaces allowances, ship repairs allowances and multi-storey allowances. d) Expense related allowances payable under this Agreement are identified in Schedule ‘C’. e) Where an employee commences work on a site or a project, as opposed to the Company’s office or workshop, and is not provided with transport to the site or project by the Company, the employee shall receive an ‘excess fares allowance’ as set out in Schedule ‘C’. f) Where an employee commences work on a site or a project, as opposed to the Company’s office or workshop, the employee shall receive an ‘excess travelling time allowance’ as set out in Schedule ‘C’. g) Where an employee is required to perform work at a distant location which requires the employee to reside at a place other than their normal residence, the Company and employee may agree on a living away from home allowance or reimbursement by the Company of reasonable board and lodgings incurred by the employee. h) Wages shall be paid weekly on a weekday nominated by the Company. Wages due to an employee upon termination shall be paid on the normal weekday pay day.

WAGES & ALLOWANCES. A. The salaries of all food service employees covered by this Contract are set forth in Schedule A which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. For the purposes of consolidation and clarity, salaries have been assigned to positions without regard to specific location, but with recognition for years of experience. See Schedule A B. Employees with a hire date prior to January 1 of any given year shall receive step advancement as of the next contract year beginning July 1. If the anniversary date falls after January 1, the employee shall wait until the end of the next contract year. C. New hires shall be placed on the appropriate step of the wage scale on the attached Schedule A based upon their years of experience in a similar food service position. D. Employees obtaining the Certified School Nutrition certification will be entitled to an annual stipend as reflected on Schedule A. Proof is required before payment will be made and is subject to proration. E. All employees shall receive their paycheck through Direct Deposit and the corresponding paystub shall be emailed to employees bi-weekly. F. The Committee shall provide four (4) uniform tops to each permanent (school year) employee per year. The uniform tops shall be chosen by the food service program director and paid directly by the Committee. G. After the probationary period, the Committee shall reimburse all permanent (school year) employees up to $125 per fiscal year (July 1 – June 30) for four (4) sets of slacks, skirts or dresses as well as shoes or any other article of clothing or footwear required to be worn by food service employees while on the job. Reimbursement for such expense must include an itemized receipt, method of payment and be submitted within 60 days of purchase.
WAGES & ALLOWANCES. Whilst working in accordance with this agreement employees shall receive their wages and allowances in accordance with this clause and the attached schedule.
WAGES & ALLOWANCES. The base wages for Employee under this Contract shall be $(40.65) twenty five Dollars and Sixty Five Cents per hour. Employee's basic compensation is based upon forty hours per week. in order to receive wages and allowances under this Contract, Employee must complete his/her duty in accordance with Employer's policy. The schedule and instructions for complying with Employer's duty policy will be provided by Employee's supervisor. Approved duty will be the basis for calculating all amounts paid.

ACA License allowance; ii. Tool allowance; iii. Excess fares allowance; iv. Excess travel allowance; v. Attendance allowance; and

Wages due to an employee upon termination shall be paid on the normal weekday pay day.
WAGES & ALLOWANCES. (i) Adult Employees - minimum rates of pay for: Job Level Rate of Pay - Minimum Process Worker - Probationary $617.45 Maintenance Fitter - Probationary $791.92 Wages will be increased in accordance to the value evaluated for each complete job, after the Employee has been assessed to be capable of performing the complete job. The maximum weekly wage that can be paid to a Process Workers is Level 6 (Senior Operator) irrespective of the number of complete Jobs an Employee is assessed to be competent in. See attachment 1 for Job and their value. Note each job stands alone and training is performed on a Company needs basis. Once trained and assessed capable of performing the complete job the employee will be paid whether they continue to perform that Job or not. However should the Consumer Price Index (CPI) published by the Australian Bureau of Statistic for the 12 month period ending the 31 December 2005 of this agreement, be greater than the second wage increase, then the parties will review the proposed wages outcome taking into consideration the prevailing economic climate and its impact on the Company. The second wage increase of 3.5% will be paid from the first full pay period on or after the 1 January 2006. (Note 1 Refers to Clause 4-1-1) (ii) Date of Effect Employees covered by this agreement at the date of approval will be paid the rate of pay in accordance with that shown in Clause 9-1 on and from the commencement of the first full pay period on or after 1 January 2005 or the date of employment, whichever is the later. (iii) Junior (i) Under 18 years of age - 88 per cent of the minimum adult rate at level one as shown in 8-1 above. (ii) At 18 years of age, full adult rate. (iv) Apprentices The under mentioned percentages will be applied to the minimum rate of pay shown against the job group covering the classification of Fitter as shown in Attachment 1. Year 1 = 42% Year 2 = 55% Year 3 = 75% Year 4 = 88% (v) Allowances (a) An employee unloading containers by hand of Gilsonite or Carbonin or very dirty products shall be paid an allowance of $12.00 per container, except for those containers carrying drums, bulk bags and palletised items (b) An employee who is to render first aid and who is the current holder of an appropriate first aid qualification, such as a certificate from the St. ▇▇▇▇▇ Ambulance or a similar body, shall be paid a weekly allowance of $10.80, if the employee is appointed by the company to perform first aid duties. WAGES & ALLOWANCES. The weekly wages and allowances of employees covered by this agreement shall be increased as out in the attached Appendix A.
