The Architect shall review and approve operations and maintenance materials prepared by the Contractor and its subcontractors, as well as As-Built Drawings, in the same manner as submittals. § 3.6.6.5 Upon request of the Owner, and prior to the expiration of one year from the date of the Architect shall, without additional compensation, conduct a meeting with the Owner to r operations and performance and prepare a punch list of required corrective actions by the Co discrepancies observed, distribute the written documents to the Contractor, and make approp to the Owner. § 3.6.6.6 The Architect shall provide information and assistance to the Owner and its consultants and agents, including its commissioning agent, following Substantial Completion. The Contractor will be responsible for coordinating the commissioning of all designated systems. § 3.6.6.7 With Architect's prior review and reasonable approval of form, the Architect shall provide any documentation that may be required by the Owner's financing source on the Project (“Lender”) verifying completion of the Project in compliance with the Contract Documents and other certifications reasonably required by the Lender.
