WiFi Service. 25.1. When using the WiFi service you agree at all times to be bound by the following provisions and not to use the WiFi service for any of the following purposes: (i) disseminating any unlawful, harassing, libellous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material or otherwise breaching any laws; (ii) transmitting material that constitutes a criminal offence or encourages conduct that constitutes a criminal offence, results in civil liability or otherwise breaches any applicable laws, regulations or code of practice; (iii) interfering with any other person’s use or enjoyment of the WiFi service; or (iv) making, transmitting or storing electronic copies of material protected by copyright without permission of the owner. 25.2. You also agree to keep any username, password, or any other information which forms part of the HVH WiFi service security procedure confidential and not to disclose it to any third party. 25.3. HVH has the right to suspend or terminate its WiFi service immediately in the event that there is a breach of any of the provisions of these STCs including, without limitation, if you: (i) use any equipment which is defective or illegal; (ii) cause any technical or other problems to our WiFi service; (iii) in our opinion, are involved in fraudulent or unauthorised use of our WiFi service; (iv) resell access to our WiFi service; or (v) use our WiFi service in contravention of the terms of these STCs. 25.4. Although we aim to offer the best WiFi service possible, we make no promise that the WiFi service will meet your requirements. We cannot guarantee that our WiFi service will be fault- free or accessible at all times. 25.5. It is your responsibility to ensure that any WiFi enabled device used by you is compatible with our WiFi service and is switched on. The availability and performance of our WiFi service is subject to all memory, storage and any other limitations in your device. Our WiFi service is only available to your device when it is within the operating range of the main hall. 25.6. We are not responsible for data, messages, or pages that you may lose or that may have become misdirected because of interruptions or performance issues with our WiFi service or wireless communications networks generally. We may impose usage, or service limits, suspend service, or block certain kinds of usage at our sole discretion to protect other users of our WiFi service. WiFi Service a) The Hirer must keep the username and password of the WIFI service security procedure confidential and not to disclose it to any third party. b) The Hirer must not transmit material that constitutes a criminal offence or results in criminal liability.
WiFi Service. Free WiFi is normally available in the hall and the code is on display. It is agreed that we shall have no liability whatsoever to you or to anyone else for any failure of or defect in or withdrawal of the Wi Fi service for whatever reason. You agree not to use the WiFi for any illegal or immoral purpose and to indemnify us against any liabilities arising out of any breach of this obligation.

WiFi Service. 7.1 Following Authorisation, the User may use the WiFi Service. The User is responsible for configuring and managing his/her devices with which she/he uses the WiFi Service, as well as for the security of these devices. 7.2 The User will be automatically logged out of the WiFi Service after 30 minutes of inactivity. 7.3 For reasons of security, Fastned reserves the right to block certain services and websites. 7.4 The User guarantees that she/he will not assume a (temporary) false identity (e-mail, website, IP address, SSID of the WiFi Service offered by Fastned (“spoofing”)), use the WiFi Service for illegal activities, such as harassing other persons, distributing injurious or discriminating texts or violating intellectual property rights, misuse the WiFi Service in any other way, or use it for other illegitimate purposes. 7.5 Fastned reserves the right to cut or block the WiFi Service, particularly in the event Fastned detects that the User has violated these General Terms and Conditions. 7.6 The User indemnifies Fastned against any claim, legal action, loss or damages of third parties which are based on any use, misuse or unauthorised use of the WiFi Service.
WiFi Service. Although the Pow-Wow Field is located in the heart of ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Fork, cell service can be sketchy depending on your service provider. AT&T and Sprint work well in the field. Verizon has limited coverage. If your sales depend on using a mobile payment service, please plan accordingly on processing payments in offline mode.
WiFi Service. The Port will, utilizing the infrastructure provided by the Port pursuant to Section 7.1.4 and at no cost to Lessee, provide free WiFi services within the Premises in a manner similar to that which it supplies free WiFi service to the travelling public within the Airport terminals. The Port may, utilizing the infrastructure provided by the Port pursuant to Section 7.1.4 and subject to the terms of a separate agreement with Lessee, provide Lessee a private, wireless VLAN for the use of Lessee and its customers within the Premises.
