Your contract with us. These terms and conditions form the agreement between us, PrePay Technologies Limited (PPS) (Company Registration No. 04008083), 4th Floor, Station Square, ▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, ▇▇, and you. Our agreement with you starts when you get confirmation of your card purchase. We are authorised and regulated in the UK by the Financial Conduct Authority to issue e-money (Firm Reference Number: 900010). Our programme manager, Mastercard Prepaid Management Services Limited (Card Services), services the card for us. We may also use third parties to sell or service our cards from physical locations. When we use the word “store”, we mean any participating store of that third party’s business in the country where you bought the card.

Your contract with us. 1.1 The following clauses in Section 1 above shall not apply to our contract with you: clause 4, clause 5, clause 7.7, clause 8, clause 9, clause 12 and clause 13.3. 1.2 The following clauses in this Section 2 shall apply in addition to Section 1 (other than those clauses specifically excluded under clause 1.1 of Section 2) to your contract with us. 2.1 In addition to placing orders online in accordance with clause 3 of Section 1, you may also place orders in the following ways:

Your contract with us a) When you sign this agreement, you accent the conditions set out within and accept that any authorised driver is also bound by its terms. The conditions of this agreement apply to any vehicle listed on it, including replacement vehicles and any agreements extending from it.

You warrant that any employee or agent collecting the Vehicle and signing any rental agreement has full authority to do so. This authority includes any checks on condition, agreement of work required and authorisation to proceed at the Hirer’s cost. 2.2. For the avoidance of doubt the terms of this Rental Agreement shall apply to the exclusion of any and all terms and conditions of the Hirer. This Rental Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and no other statements or representations or terms form part of it unless they are in writing, are expressly stated to be variations of this Rental Agreement and are signed by a duly authorised representative of eachparty.
