ADMINISTRATION OF CONTRACT Sample Clauses

The Administration of Contract clause defines the procedures and responsibilities for managing and overseeing the execution of the contract. It typically outlines who is authorized to act on behalf of each party, how communications and approvals are to be handled, and the processes for monitoring performance and addressing issues as they arise. By establishing clear administrative protocols, this clause ensures that both parties understand their roles and obligations, reducing the risk of misunderstandings and facilitating smooth contract performance.
