Accessing Services. Only Approved Client Applications that comply with the Agreement (including these Guidelines, which are incorporated into the Agreement) may access the Services and only to the extent permitted in the Agreement. To obtain Google’s approval for any client application not expressly approved in the Agreement, Company must submit a written request to Google and Google may in its sole discretion approve or reject such client application. For the purposes of the Agreement, any client application that resets an End User’s default search engine to Google’s search services and/or resets the End User’s home page to a Site is deemed to be accessing a Google service and Company is prohibited from doing so unless Google has approved such client application as an Approved Client Application.

Accessing Services. 5.5.1 You agree tocomply with any instructions in the User Guide or otherwise issued by us in connection with the use of the Services and shall ensure compliance on the part of any third party using the Services made available to you; • not utilise the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, criminal or offensive purpose; • not sell, share or transfer the benefit of the Services to any third party; • not use any device for accessing the Services which is not approved for use by Globalgig; 5.5.2 The SIM card and its software are the property of Globalgig and their use is licensed to you for the purpose of accessing the Services; 5.5.3 The use of the Services is personal to you and may not be transferred to or used or shared by any other party without our prior written consent.

Accessing Services. Except as explicitly set forth herein, End User is solely responsible for acquiring and maintaining all of the equipment, software, services and items necessary to access and make use of the Services, including without limitation paying all charges, taxes, and other costs and fees related to the Internet access. End User may access the Services only through the interfaces and protocols provided or authorized by Tree AMS, or Tree AMS’s partners and agrees to set up, maintain and use the Services in strict compliance with Tree AMS’s, and Tree AMS’s partners’ instructions. End User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any passwords and account information required to access Services, for all acts that occur in connection with End User’s account and to immediately notify Tree AMS of any unauthorized use of End User’s account.
Accessing Services. Except as otherwise expressly agreed herein, Reseller (or the Enterprises) shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all computer hardware, software and communications product(s) needed to access any Veea Products and Services, and for paying all charges (e.g., power, telecommunications) incurred in connection therewith.

The quality of the services and supports received is adequate and still necessary to continue to meet the needs and preferences of the member and support the member’s outcomes identified in the MCP.
