Additional Time Worked Sample Clauses

The 'Additional Time Worked' clause defines how extra hours or time spent beyond the standard work schedule are managed and compensated. Typically, this clause outlines the conditions under which employees may be required to work overtime, how such time must be approved, and the rates or methods of compensation, such as overtime pay or time off in lieu. Its core practical function is to ensure both parties understand their rights and obligations regarding extra work, thereby preventing disputes over compensation and clarifying expectations for additional labor.
