Alerts Service. We provide Automatic Alerts and Voluntary Account Alerts.
1. Automatic Alerts are sent to you following important account activities or when certain changes are made online to your Business Online and Mobile Banking account. You do not need to activate these alerts. We automatically activate them for you and you can choose to turn most of these off.
2. Voluntary Account Alerts must be activated by you. Voluntary Account Alerts allow you to choose alert messages for your accounts. We may add new alerts from time to time or cancel old alerts.
3. Both Automatic Alerts and Voluntary Account Alerts are subject to the following:
a. We may add new Automatic and Voluntary Account Alerts from time to time or cancel old alerts.
b. Alerts will be sent to the mobile phone or email address you have provided on the Authorized User Profile associated with the Service. You can also choose to have alerts sent to a secondary email address. If your email address changes, you are responsible for informing us of that change.
c. You understand and agree that your alerts may be delayed or prevented by a variety of factors. We do our best to provide alerts in a timely manner with accurate information. We neither guarantee the delivery nor the accuracy of the contents of any alert. You also agree that we shall not be liable for any delays, failure to deliver, or misdirected delivery of any alert; for any errors in the content of an alert; or for any actions taken or not taken by you or any third party in reliance of an alert. Alerts Service. Alerts Service. This section sets forth the terms and conditions specific to the Alerts Service. By enrolling in or using this service, you agree to be legally bound by this section as well as the other applicable terms of the M&T Digital Services Agreement. Please see Section A2 for more information. By use of any Digital Service, you are also agreeing to the terms of this section pertaining to Security Alerts. Through the M&T Online Banking services, we offer Security Alerts and Optional Alerts as described below. Alerts Service. Alerts Service. This section sets forth the terms and conditions specific to the Alerts Service. By enrolling in or using this service, you agree to be legally bound by this section as well as the other applicable terms of this Agreement. By use of any Digital Service, you are also agreeing to the terms of this section pertaining to Security Alerts. The Bank may offer Security Alerts and Optional Alerts as described below. (We may also offer other types of alerts through the ACH, Wire Transfers and Real-Time Payments Digital Services, which may be subject to different terms than the “Alerts Service” terms described below.)
Alerts Service. Fourth Capital's Alert Service enables you to receive notices from time to time concerning available balance, certain transaction information and other information relating to your Fourth Capital account(s) which are eligible for the service. You may select the type of alert you wish to receive and the method of delivery of the alert for one or more of your Eligible Accounts. By using the Alerts Service, you acknowledge that you are aware of and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
Alerts Service. Fidelity, through the Alerts Service, will generate a series of Auto Roll alerts notifying you of a nearing maturity date, identification of a Reinvestment Position, and notifying you in the event the Auto Roll Service is unable to identify a Reinvestment Position. If you unsubscribe from the Alerts Service on one or more accounts, your authorized instructions will be revoked and the Auto Roll Service will be canceled from the selected accounts.

Alerts Service. The optional alerts service allows you to receive various types of alerts concerning the accounts that you select via email and/or text message to your wireless device. Equipment Requirements. You must have email access and/or mobile text messaging capability. Expanded functionalities are available to users with web-enabled wireless devices, or through third-party software which may be downloaded to compatible wireless devices or which is pre-loaded on certain devices available through select wireless providers. You are solely responsible for your choice of equipment, wireless carriers, internet or email service providers, web browsers, voice/data plans, etc., and for resolving any issues concerning operation, performance, availability, costs, etc., relating to any of the foregoing with the appropriate provider.

Expanded functionalities are available to users w ith w eb-enabled w ireless devices, or through third-party softw are w hich may be dow nloaded to compatible w ireless devices or w hich is pre-loaded on certain devices available through select w ireless providers. You are solely responsible for your choice of equipment, w ireless carriers, internet or email service providers, w ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ sers, voice/data plans, etc., and for resolving any issues concerning operation, performance, availability, costs, etc., relating to any of the foregoing w ith the appropriate provider.
Alerts Service. Includes the following support for Entitled Device(s): 24x7x365 remote monitoring of Entitled Devices which may span desktops, servers, network devices and key applications. Email alerts sent to Customer when designated events occur in Customer‟s IT environment. Telephone support in the event Customer is not familiar with the specific alert is limited to defining the alert for Customer. Troubleshooting and resolution of alerts may be purchased by Customer as Point of Need Services. Access to Dell Remote Management Console interface with the following functionality: Run security and performance scorecard reports and performance summary reports; Manage alerts; Manage, remove, and re-discover assets; Edit devices management parameters; Modify policies; and Add users. Monthly reports on performance statistics of Entitled Devices such as CPU, memory, disk and interface utilization, and executive summaries consisting of: Performance reporting, addressing server & network utilization and asset, fault, and vulnerability status; and Security reporting that includes Entitled Device(s), Microsoft Windows account use and failed login, vulnerability, firewall event, patch version status, and intrusion detection system (“IDS”) event summaries.
