Ancillary Programs Clause Samples
The Ancillary Programs clause defines the terms under which additional services or programs, separate from the main agreement, may be offered or utilized. Ancillary Programs. As part of the Subscription Services, Acquia may provide Customer with access to download certain Ancillary Programs for use with the Subscription Services. Acquia grants Customer during the Subscription Term a non-exclusive, non-transferable non-assignable, limited licensed to use such Ancillary Programs in object code (machine readable) format only on each site hosted by Acquia under an Order for Subscription Service to facilitate Customer access to, operation of, and/or use of the Subscription Services subject to the terms of this Agreement. Ancillary Programs shall only be used to upload, download and synchronize files between Customer’s computer or other Customer owned or controlled devices and the Subscription Services.

Ancillary Programs. You are hereby granted rights to use the applicable third party software delivered with the Products and Services and any related documentation (“Ancillary Programs”), subject to all other limitations and conditions herein. To the extent available, we will pass through all warranties and remedies provided by such third party software provider(s). We reserve the right to replace Ancillary Programs with substantially similar products, at our expense. All license restrictions, Customer restrictions on uses, termination rights, Customer security, data privacy and applicable law compliance obligations, intellectual property protections, disclaimers and limitations herein shall apply to the Ancillary Programs. This Agreement does not grant any rights to copy, modify, or distribute the Ancillary Programs.

Ancillary Programs. FireScope represents and warrants that it has the full right and license to distribute the Ancillary Programs packaged with the FireScope Software. Client may run one copy of each Ancillary Program for each Appliance for use solely in conjunction with and as integrated with the FireScope Software for the purposes of installing or operating the Software. Client may not run or use the Ancillary Programs on a stand-alone basis. If any special warranty or other license terms apply to an Ancillary Program (“Ancillary Program License”), such terms will be set forth in the Documentation and Client acknowledges that this ▇▇▇▇ does not in any way supplement or detract from the Ancillary Program License. If PurpleLab does not specify separate terms and conditions for such Ancillary Programs, you shall have a non-transferable, non- exclusive, non-assignable, non-sublicensable, revocable, limited right to use such Ancillary Programs solely to facilitate your access to, operation of, and/or use of the Licensed Materials, subject to these Terms and the applicable Order Form. Your right to use such Ancillary Programs will terminate upon the earlier of PurpleLab’s termination of your access to the Licensed Materials, the expiration or termination of these Terms, the end of the applicable Term or the date on which the license to use the Ancillary Programs ends under the separate terms specified for such Ancillary Programs. All right, title and interest in and to the Ancillary Programs shall remain with PurpleLab or the third-party rights holder to the extent any Ancillary Programs are subject to a Third Party License.

As part of the Oracle cloud services demonstration environment, Oracle may provide your users with on-line access to download certain ancillary programs for use with the Oracle cloud services demonstration environment. If Oracle does not specify separate terms for such ancillary programs, your users shall have a non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-assignable, limited right to use such ancillary programs solely to facilitate your access to, operation of, and/or use of the Oracle cloud services demonstration environment, subject to the terms of this addendum. Your users' right to use such ancillary programs will terminate upon the earlier of Oracle's notice, the end of the Oracle access service associated with the ancillary programs, the end of the services period, or the date on which the license to use the ancillary programs ends under the separate terms specified for such ancillary programs. Oracle may use ancillary programs and other tools, scripts, software, and utilities (collectively “tools”) to monitor, support, and administer the Oracle cloud services demonstration environment. Information collected by the ancillary programs and tools may also be used to assist in managing Oracle's product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license and the Oracle cloud services demonstration environment management.
