Annual Scheduling. In December of each year, the Division will post a Vacation Schedule for the following year. Employees will submit written requests for Vacation Leave by January 1. In cases of conflict, seniority will control as to granting of requests for Vacation Leave. In the event an employee's request is disapproved, that employee will have seventy-two (72) hours to resubmit an alternate request for consideration. During said seventy-two (72) hour period of time, Vacation requests from other employees with less seniority will not be approved. In the event the employee does not resubmit an alternate request within said seventy-two (72) hour time period, Vacation requests from other employees with less seniority, may then be approved.
Annual Scheduling. By December 1, the Department shall post a vacation bid sheet for the following calendar year. Members shall submit written requests for vacation leave by December 15. In cases of conflict, Department seniority shall control as to granting of requests for vacation leave. In the event a member's initial request is disapproved, that member shall have 36 hours to resubmit one final alternate request for consideration. The alternate request cannot exceed the amount of time submitted in the disapproved request. During said 36 hour time period, vacation requests from other less senior members shall not be approved. During the annual vacation approval process, no compensatory time or personal leave requests shall be approved for months other than January or February of the calendar year.
Annual Scheduling. At the conclusion of the shift bidding process, but no later than November 20th, the Department shall post a vacation schedule. Annual Scheduling. For a period of fifteen (15) days beginning December 1 of each calendar year, the Chief of Police shall post a list of all shift assignments and available consecutive days during the coming calendar year within the Patrol Division. Such assignments will be chosen by seniority during the said fifteen (15) day period by members of the Patrol Division who have completed their probationary period prior to December 1. Probationary officers are freely assignable. The new schedule shall be implemented during the last seven (7) days of December and the first seven (7) days of January. During such two week period (which is a transition period), officers may be assigned different days off from those bid by the officer, but in no event shall an officer work more than five (5) consecutive days without payment of overtime; officers are not guaranteed of receiving two (2) consecutive days off during such transition period.
Annual Scheduling. For a period of fifteen (15) days, beginning November 10th of each calendar year, the Chief of Police shall post a list of shift assignments available to the Sergeants of the Patrol Division and a separate list for Lieutenants of the Patrol Division. Said assignments shall be chosen by seniority in rank during said fifteen (15) day period. The new schedule shall be implemented beginning the last week of the current year and the first week of the coming calendar year. During such two (2) week period (which is a transition period), Sergeants or Lieutenants may be assigned different days off from those bid. In no event shall a Sergeant or Lieutenant work more than five (5) consecutive days without payment of overtime. Sergeants and Lieutenants are not guaranteed of two (2) consecutive days off during the transition period.

  • Work Scheduling Except at the request of an affected employee, no employee shall have the number of hours they are normally scheduled to work reduced as the result of the use of non-permanent employees such as, but not limited to: seasonal, intermittent, student interns, interns, interim, established term, or temporary employees, due to the performance of such employee’s duties by the nonpermanent employee.

  • Scheduling i) The designated employer will provide the employee with their schedule of shifts in accordance with the collective agreement for both homes. [Insert the split/sharing of shift numbers here] Similarly, the employee will submit all requests for time off including vacation to the designated employer in accordance with the collective agreement. ii) Posted schedules will include home identification. An employee will only be scheduled in one home per shift. iii) Overtime payment and other premiums will be in accordance with the collective agreement of the designated employer. iv) Weekends off, consecutive work days and all other scheduling provisions will be in accordance with the collective agreement at the designated employer.

  • Payment Scheduling The earliest possible Scheduled Payment Date for each ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will be designated within the portion of the Site through which the Service is offered when you are scheduling the payment. Therefore, the Service will not permit you to select a Scheduled Payment Date less than the earliest possible Scheduled Payment Date designated for each ▇▇▇▇▇▇. When scheduling payments you must select a Scheduled Payment Date that is no later than the actual Due Date reflected on your ▇▇▇▇▇▇ statement unless the Due Date falls on a non-Business Day. If the actual Due Date falls on a non-Business Day, you must select a Scheduled Payment Date that is at least one (1) Business Day before the actual Due Date. Scheduled Payment Dates must be prior to any late date or grace period. Depending on the method of payment, your Eligible Transaction Account may be debited prior to the Scheduled Payment Date. For example, if the selected method of payment is a draft, the draft arrives earlier than the Scheduled Payment Date due to expedited delivery by the postal service, and the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ immediately deposits the draft, your Eligible Transaction Account may be debited earlier than the Scheduled Payment Date.

  • Self Scheduling The Home and the Union may agree to implement a self-scheduling process. Self-scheduling is the mechanism by which employees in a Home create their own work schedules. The purpose of self scheduling is to improve job satisfaction and quality of work life for the participating employees. Self scheduling requires a collaboration of employees and management to ensure proper coverage of the Home and to meet the provisions of the Collective Agreement. It is agreed that self scheduling will be negotiated locally by the Home and the Union and will include a trial period. Each Home must have the majority agreement of the full-time and part-time employees who vote on the issue to agree on a trial period of up to six months. Once the trial period is complete, each Home must have a minimum of 66⅔% agreement of the full-time and part-time employees who vote on the issue to continue with the new schedule on a permanent basis.

  • Maintenance Scheduling The NTO shall schedule maintenance of its facilities designated as NTO Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control and schedule any outages (other than forced transmission outages) of said transmission system facilities in accordance with outage schedules approved by the ISO. The NTO shall comply with maintenance schedules coordinated by the ISO, pursuant to this Agreement, for NTO Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control. The NTO shall be responsible for providing notification of maintenance schedules to the ISO for NTO Transmission Facilities Requiring ISO Notification. The NTO shall provide notification of maintenance schedules to affected Transmission Owners for NTO Transmission Facilities Requiring ISO Notification and Local Area Transmission Facilities pursuant to Section 3.5.3 of the ISO Services Tariff.
