ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN STANDARDS Sample Clauses

The Architectural and Design Standards clause sets out the specific requirements and expectations for the quality, style, and compliance of architectural and design work within a project. It typically outlines the standards to which all plans, drawings, and construction must adhere, referencing industry norms, regulatory codes, or particular aesthetic guidelines established by the client or governing body. This clause ensures that all parties are aligned on the design criteria, helping to maintain consistency, meet legal or regulatory obligations, and prevent disputes over the adequacy or acceptability of the completed work.
