ARTICLE MANAGEMENT GRIEVANCES. It is understood that the Employer may bring forward at any meeting held with the Grievance Committee any complaints with respect to the conduct of any employee covered by this Agreement, Union members, its officers, Committee men or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇; and if such complaint by the Employer is not settled to the mutual satisfaction of the conferring parties it may be treated as a grievance and referred to arbitration in the same way as a grievance of an employee.
ARTICLE MANAGEMENT GRIEVANCES. It is understood that the Corporation may bring forward at any meeting with the Union Committee any complaint or grievance, and that if such complaint or grievance is not settled to the mutual satisfaction of the conferring parties, it may be referred to Arbitration as set out in the Arbitration provisions.

ARTICLE MANAGEMENT GRIEVANCES. Any grievance instituted by management may, within five full working days of the occurrence of the circumstances giving rise to the grievance, be referred in writing to the Chairman of the Union Committee who shall meet within two working days thereafter with management to consider the grievance. If final settlement of the grievance is not completed within five working days of such meeting, the grievance may be referred, by either party, to an Arbitrator as provided in Article at any time within ten calendar days thereafter, but not later.
ARTICLE MANAGEMENT GRIEVANCES. Any grievance instituted by the Board shall be referred in writing to the Recording Secretary of Local within ten (10) days ofthe occurrence of the circumstances giving rise to the grievance and two representatives of the Union shall meet within five days thereafter with the Director of Education to meeting the grievance may be referred by either party to as in at any time within eighteen (18) days thereafter but not later.

If final settlement of the grievance is not completed within five (5) working days of such meeting, the grievance may be referred, by either party, to arbitration as provided for in the Arbitration Procedure herein at any time within ten (1O) calendar days thereafter, but no later.
