Attendance Expectations. Check in for group at the front desk before attending any group. If you do not check in prior to group you may not receive credit for the group. It is recommended to arrive 15 minutes prior to group in case you are asked to provide a UA.

Attendance Expectations. The ▇▇▇ Arbor Public Schools sets rules and expectations for the hours you are expected to be in class to earn credit in the course your are taking. If you miss school, you will not meet the required hours expected for the learning experience in order to earn credit. If a student misses more than 9 hours of summer school(student has less than 87% attendance rate), the student may be removed from the program. It is the expectation that you are in class and on time every day for summer learning. ● Arriving/Leaving Huron High School - students are expected to arrive on time(between 7:30am and 8am for AM session and between 11:30am and 12pm for PM session). Students are expected to enter the building through the main doors. Students are expected to leave the building through the main doors(12pm if only AM session or 2:30pm if PM only session). Students are required to leave campus when their session is over for the day. Students are not permitted to wait in the building or on campus for others. I understand that I may incur financial charges for any AAPS equipment and technology that is damaged due to misuse or that is lost, stolen or damaged while on loan. I understand that all AAPS equipment and technology that is used or loaned is to be utilized only in support of completing summer school coursework. I understand that any inappropriate, illegal or unethical use of district equipment and technology (e.g., visiting inappropriate sites/downloading inappropriate images, cyber bullying, etc.) is subject to disciplinary consequences per AAPS Rights and Responsibilities. Attendance Expectations. I understand that attendance at school is vital to success. To be eligible for the tour, I cannot miss more than 6 days in a trimester, or violate an Attendance Contract.

Attendance Expectations. At KS5, attendance is the single most important factor in securing top grades. At OASB Sixth form students get 6 hours of lesson time, per a subject per a week. This is more than in most sixth forms and colleges and helps to set OASB students apart in terms of their knowledge and understanding. We teach highly academic A level courses only, as we want our students to have access to the top degree and apprenticeship courses. This means that in every lesson, new content is delivered and homework is set on new learning. If a student misses a lesson, catching up is difficult, and the next lesson will rely on knowledge of previous lessons. In order to avoid students getting behind, we make attendance an absolute priority. Students are expected to attend every one of their outstanding lessons, so that they stay on track. We make no apologies for rigorous follow up of student attendance as without 98%+ attendance students cannot secure top grades. 98% to 100%- Y13 offi 95% to 97.9% 90% to 94.9% 85% to 89.9% Below 84.9% We also want to honor the students that are attending all of there lessons, as able to manage themselves more independently. For this reason, on a Monday, Y13 who have 98%+ attendance for the academic year to date, are allowed to leave at 2pm and study independently offsite.

Attendance Expectations. Consistent attendance and punctuality is a basic job requirement. Attendance reliability is an important part of overall job performance. Attendance points are assessed when absent or tardy as described below. The points are an accumulation of a 180-day rolling period. (a) ▇▇▇▇▇—not reporting to work by the assigned start time. 1. Tardy as of start of shift - Each occurrence = 2 points (b) Absent—not reporting to work for the whole day 1. Time off defined in the collective bargaining agreement not listed below = 0 points (Bereavement, Jury Duty, Defined Holidays, etc.) 2. Scheduled PTO \ Floating Holiday = 0 points if approved in advance by management. 3. Unscheduled & unapproved time off = 2 points i. Consecutive days off due to illness will not result in additional points if called in prior to start of shift. 4. No Call—No Show = 6 points i. This means being absent from work and not calling in your absence within 120 minutes after the start of shift, or ii. We consider two consecutive no-call—no shows to be job abandonment, regardless of points.

Attendance Expectations. (a) All Teachers are required to attend designated whole staff professional learning days, attendance for part-time Teachers will be on a pro rata basis. Part-time Teachers should discuss their pro-rata attendance at professional learning sessions with their Head of Campus. Where a Part-Time Teacher is expected to attend a professional learning session on a non work day, they are entitled to request time in lieu or payment for the hours of attendance. (b) Different arrangements apply for Student Parent Teacher Interviews, a Part-Time Teacher is able to block out time proportionate to their time fraction in consultation with their Head of Campus. (c) Full-Time Teachers are expected to be on campus for the full school day, and to sign out at Reception should they leave campus during this time. Part-Time Teachers are expected to be on campus except for the periods they have negotiated with the Campus Daily Organiser at the beginning of each semester. Part- Time Teachers are also required to sign out if they are leaving campus during the day.
