Baseline CPM Schedule. At least three days in advance of the mandatory, final preconstruction meeting indicated in ¶ I(K)(1) (or upon submittal of a proposed Component Change Order, whichever occurs first), Design-Builder shall provide for UGAA’s approval an initial proposed baseline CPM-based schedule of the Work and Design Services (“Preconstruction Baseline CPM Schedule” or “Baseline CPM Schedule”), containing the information set forth in ¶¶ VI(D) and VI(E), and consistent with the foregoing. a. Design-Builder shall attach to the proposed Baseline CPM Schedule copies of all Subcontracts, Subcontract proposals, estimates, purchase orders, preliminary schedules, and other documents and information needed to substantiate the proposed Baseline CPM Schedule. b. Design-Builder’s submittal of an acceptable Baseline CPM Schedule is a condition precedent to (i) Design-Builder’s submittal of the first Payment Application covering actual construction; and (ii) UGAA’s obligation to pay. c. Upon approval, the Baseline CPM Schedule shall thereafter remain unchanged as a record for comparison.
Baseline CPM Schedule. The Engineer and Contractor will review the draft baseline CPM schedule at a meeting specific for the review of the schedule. The Engineer will accept the draft baseline CPM schedule, provide review comments, or request additional information. Make appropriate adjustments or provide additional information within 14 calendar days. The Engineer’s acceptance is based solely on whether the baseline schedule meets the requirements of 108.03. Review comments made by the Engineer on the initial schedule will not relieve the Contractor from compliance with the Contract. The Contractor is responsible for scheduling, sequencing, and prosecuting the Work to comply with the Contract requirements.

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.

  • Milestone Schedule Please state the status and progress of each Milestone and identify any completed Milestone(s) for the previous calendar quarter.

  • Baseline For purposes of measuring a reduction in net tax revenue, the interim final rule measures actual changes in tax revenue relative to a revenue baseline (baseline).   • Development Schedule The Project shall substantially comply with the specific timetables and triggers for action set forth in Article 5 of this Agreement. The parties acknowledge that, as provided in G.S. 160A-400.25(b), the failure to meet a commencement or completion date shall not, in and of itself, constitute a material breach of this Agreement pursuant to G.S. 160A-400.27 but must be judged based upon the totality of the circumstances.

  • Recovery Schedule If the initial schedule or any current updates fail to reflect the Work’s actual plan or method of operation, or a contractual milestone date is more than fifteen (15) days behind, Owner may require that a recovery schedule for completion of the remaining Work be submitted. The Recovery Schedule must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of Owner’s request. The Recovery Schedule shall describe in detail Construction Contractor’s plan to complete the remaining Work by the required Contract milestone date. The Recovery Schedule submitted shall meet the same requirements as the original Construction Schedule. The narrative submitted with the Recovery Schedule should describe in detail all changes that have been made to meet the Contract milestone dates.
