Common use of Coffee Breaks Clause in Contracts

Coffee Breaks. Employees working full-time shall be entitled to two (2) fifteen (15) minute coffee breaks per day; part-time employees shall be entitled to one (1) fifteen (15) minute coffee break for each half (1/2) day.

Coffee Breaks. Employees a) Employees, working full-time hours, shall be entitled to receive two (2) fifteen (15) minute coffee breaks per daywork breaks, with pay, during each regularly scheduled shift completed; part-time one in the first half of the shift, the other in the second half of the shift. b) Other employees shall be entitled to one (1) receive a paid fifteen (15) minute coffee work break for during each half scheduled working period of four (1/24) dayhours completed.

Shift workers shall be entitled to two (2) fifteen (15) minute coffee breaks per day; part-time employees shall shift. 8.2.3 Employees working overtime of four (4) consecutive hours will be entitled to one (1) fifteen (15) minute coffee break for each half within these four (1/24) dayhours.
