Common use of Coffee Breaks Clause in Contracts

Coffee Breaks. Employees working full-time shall be entitled to two (2) fifteen (15) minute coffee breaks per day; part-time employees shall be entitled to one (1) fifteen (15) minute coffee break for each half (1/2) day.

Coffee Breaks. 8.2.1 Employees working full-time shall be entitled to two (2) fifteen (15) minute coffee breaks, one to be taken during the morning and one to be taken during the afternoon. 8.2.2 Coffee breaks shall be scheduled to meet the needs of the Employer. Shift workers shall be entitled to two (2) fifteen (15) minute coffee breaks per day; part-time employees shall shift. 8.2.3 Employees working overtime of four (4) consecutive hours will be entitled to one (1) fifteen (15) minute coffee break for each half within these four (1/24) dayhours.
