Collected Information. The Customer Website and Projects may include functionality which allows Customer to collect personally identifiable information and other information from End Users (the “Collected Information”). Moovweb transmits the Collected Information to Customer solely for the purpose of providing the Moovweb Service and does not use the Collected Information for any other purpose. Moovweb does not store or cache any Collected Information. Moovweb expressly disclaims all obligations with respect to storage or caching Collected Information.

The Software Tool may collect certain information from your computer for the purpose of analyzing, diagnosing and resolving problems with Your Symantec products, and for evaluating technical issues and trends to improve Symantec’s products generally. The collected information may include (1) system information, including: operating system platform, language and version; available memory and disk space; CPU type; internet browser type; firewall type; (2) Symantec product information, including the name and version number of Symantec products installed on your computer and Symantec product subscription and activation status; and (3) installation and event log file errors and/or warnings, including information on the installation process for the Symantec products installed on your computer. The information will be held by Symantec in electronically secured database files at physically secure data centers located in the United States, and will not be correlated with any personally identifiable information.

Collected Information. A. Licensee acknowledges and agrees that Licensor may access, collect, store and use the following information (“Collected Information”) in connection with Licensee’s use of the Software:
i. Software access and activity data; and
ii. Personal and non-personal information about Authorized Users and other Licensee Representatives including in connection with account registrations for Licensee and its Authorized Users; and
B. Licensee further acknowledges and agrees that:
i. Licensor may store any Collected Information on computer equipment used by Licensee to operate the Software and provide customer service functions;
ii. Licensee may collect and use personal and non-personal Collected Information for the following purposes:
a. to contact Licensee about its rights, obligations, updates, feedback, or performance under this Agreement;
b. to verify Authorized Users and devices in connection with Licensee’s software licenses and subscribed services;
c. to meet regulatory requirements; and
d. to notify Licensee through its Representatives about other Licensor products or services.
C. Licensor may disclose any Collected Information in accordance with Applicable Law as may be required by the United States or other national governments and their respective instrumentalities, including federal, state and local courts, law enforcement and regulatory agencies.
D. To the extent Licensee’s and its Authorized Users’ use of the Software requires it, Licensee is responsible for providing notice to, and obtaining consents from, Authorized Users regarding the collection, processing, transfer and storage of their data through Licensee’s use of the Software.
Collected Information. MarcoPolo may collect, use and disclose the following information from pupils, students, or other children under 13 in the context of using the MarcoPolo Services:
(a) Information about the child’s activities on the MarcoPolo Services, including the child’s participation in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s digital learning program, the videos he or she watches, the games he or she participates in, and the answers he or she provides;
(b) Information about the child’s use of the MarcoPolo Services, such as browser type, nature of the device from which the child is visiting the MarcoPolo Services, and the actions the child takes on the MarcoPolo Services; and
(c) Persistent identifiers, such as IP address, mobile device identifiers, or identifiers associated with cookies.
(d) Child’s full name, which is linked to their parents’ online contact information.
(e) Push notifications related to content and other product/service updates and information may be served if enabled during registration or thereafter.
