Conduct and Safety. The Licensee shall abide by the University Residential Regulations, the General University Regulations and Policies as updated from time to time on the University Key Information Page and all health and safety and fire safety legislation, notices and advice as may be provided by the University from time to time.

Conduct and Safety. AVMA is a ministry of Lancaster Baptist Church and West Coast Baptist College. While on campus, Lancaster Baptist School (LBS) students are to abide by the standards set forth in the LBS Student Handbook. We ask that all students enrolled in AVMA and those dropping off students for instruction dress in a modest and unrevealing fashion while on campus. Loud music, smoking, drinking, swearing, and loitering on campus is not permitted. AVMA reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or group at its sole discretion. Foul language, loud music or anything else that customers or other subcontractors may find offensive will be closely monitored on the work site. All workers are required to leave the work site and be at or in their vehicles if they choose to smoke. Additionally, all workers will be required to be fully clothed at the work site at all times. Subcontractor agrees that in the event of any kind of accident on the work site where the subcontractor, employees and/or agents are present, any or all present will submit to drug testing under Contractor’s drug policy. Subcontractor agrees to exercise all precautions necessary to prevent accidents to himself, his workers, and all others.The Subcontractor will at his own expense comply with all specific health and safety requirements of the Federal and State occupational safety and health laws and regulations, and any other applicable authority. The Subcontractor will also be responsible for penalties of any nature assessed by such agencies for non-compliance by himself or his employees or agents. Subcontractor that himself, his employees and agents have undergone proper safety training and have been properly trained and educated on all equipment, materials and, if applicable, any hazardous chemicals used in conjunction with the trade as required by State or Federal law or as mutually agreed to by both parties. Any hazardous materials, containers, or waste left at a work site by the Subcontractor will be removed and disposed of properly at the Subcontractor’s expense.
Conduct and Safety. 12.1 You shall comply with the Code of Conduct when waiting for, boarding, travelling on and alighting from a Bus and shall reasonably consider Your own safety and that of other passengers at all times. 12.2 We can accept no liability for any act or omission by passengers or third parties. 12.3 If We consider that You pose a safety risk or a nuisance We reserve the right to refuse carriage to You, to remove You and Your luggage immediately from Our Buses or premises, to immediately withdraw Your Ticket and to report You to the police and any other relevant authorities. 12.4 You shall be liable for all losses and claims arising from Your improper conduct on board Our Buses or premises. In particular (but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing) You shall be liable to Us for all costs including all legal costs incurred by Us in respect of any Damage which You cause to Our Buses or premises or property on Our premises. 12.5 In addition, if You fail in our reasonable opinion to comply with the Code of Conduct (either to the spirit or to the letter), We may take action, including but not limited to the following: 12.5.1 We may require You to leave the Bus immediately or at any time after the breach; and/or 12.5.2 We may refuse You carriage and may withdraw Your Ticket (including but not limited to an Annual Bus Pass) immediately and without further notice either temporarily or permanently without Us incurring liability to You or being obliged to give a full or partial refund of fare; and/or 12.5.3 We may impose an on-the-spot fine of ten pounds (£10) on You, payable immediately and in any event within fourteen (14) days of the relevant incident; and/or 12.5.4 If, in Our reasonable opinion, You pose a significant risk to Us or to others, We may in an emergency physically restrain You or remove You (or arrange for an appropriate third party to do the same) from the Bus or Our premises; and/or 12.5.5 We have the right to report and have the right to disclose Your personal data and all relevant details of the relevant incident/s (Including without limitation any CCTV footage) to Your parent or guardian, Your school, the police and/or to any other authority We deem appropriate; and/or 12.5.6 We may pursue or assist in the pursuance of any criminal or civil proceedings or other investigations against You; and/or 12.5.7 We shall hold You liable for all losses in respect of Damage incurred by Us as a result of Your breach, including all legal and administr...
Conduct and Safety. 5.1 The Licensee will not do anything which may prejudice good estate management and the smooth running and efficiency of the University and will comply with all reasonable instructions issued by the University. Note: Conduct which puts the health or safety of the Licensee him/ The Licensee should consult the Residents Handbook for further information to assist the Licensee in complying with the conduct and safety requirements of this Licence. 5.2 In particular, the Licensee will: 5.2.1 comply with this Licence and the University’s Regulations on Student Discipline; 5.2.2 comply with all University Regulations, health and safety and fire safety guidance, any misuse will be subject to the University’s disciplinary procedures and the Licensee may be subject to fines and repairs to the equipment and any costs
Conduct and Safety. Guests assume the sole responsibility for their personal conduct and safety aboard ship and/or in any port of call, as well as for any guests under the age of 18 traveling with them and for whom they are responsible. While every effort will be made to adhere to the scheduled itinerary for the cruise, circumstances may necessitate changes or deviations therefrom. By registering for the IAT Conference , or by acceptance and/or use of the reservation process in booking this cruise onboard a Royal Caribbean International vessel, each guest acknowledges he/she has read and understands all of the provisions of these terms and conditions and agrees to be bound thereby. Each guest also specifically agrees that, in addition to the terms and conditions as provided by IAT as a provider of the staterooms through the cruise line, he/she is legally bound by the terms, conditions and limitations outlined in Royal Caribbean’s cruise ticket contract. Guests further acknowledge and expressly agree that the IAT, L&K and their affiliates are acting solely in the capacity of tour operators, brokers and/or independent contractors arranging this cruise and that neither IAT nor L&K or their affiliates shall have any right or ability to control or direct the operational or navigational activities of the vessel or crew in any manner whatsoever, whether aboard the ship or ashore, including without limitation persons furnishing services to the vessel/guests including but not limited to shore side excursions, cruise line personnel or contractors, embarkation and disembarkation to and from the vessel, and condition of the vessel and/or its equipment.

  • HEALTH AND SAFETY 2.6.1 The Supplier will promptly notify the Customer of any health and safety hazards which may arise in connection with the performance of its obligations under the Call-Off Contract. The Customer will promptly notify the Supplier of any health and safety hazards which may exist or arise at the Customer premises and which may affect the Supplier in the performance of its obligations under the Call-Off Contract. 2.6.2 While on the Customer premises, the Supplier will comply with any health and safety measures implemented by the Customer in respect of Supplier Staff and other persons working there. 2.6.3 The Supplier will notify the Customer immediately in the event of any incident occurring in the performance of its obligations under the Call-Off Contract on the Customer premises if that incident causes any personal injury or damage to property which could give rise to personal injury. 2.6.4 The Supplier will comply with the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work (Northern Ireland) Order 1978 and any other acts, orders, regulations and codes of practice relating to health and safety, which may apply to Supplier Staff and other persons working on the Customer premises in the performance of its obligations under the Call-Off Contract. 2.6.5 The Supplier will ensure that its health and safety policy statement (as required by the Health and Safety at Work (Northern Ireland) Order 1978) is made available to the Customer on request.

  • Work Health and Safety (a) The employer and employee acknowledge their responsibilities under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 and Work Health and Safety Regulations 2012. (b) Where there is a Work Health and Safety Representative they must be elected and will carry out the tasks associated with the role of Work Health and Safety Representative set out within the Work Health and Safety Act 2011.

  • WORKPLACE HEALTH AND SAFETY The parties to this Agreement are committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace and work practices. The parties recognise that illness or injury at the workplace is costly to the employer and the employees and also disruptive to the respective parties. To facilitate healthy and safe work practices, the parties to the Agreement are committed to discussing health and safety issues as they apply to the operations of the employer as part of the consultative measures under this Agreement. The employer and employees under this agreement may refer to their respective industrial representatives for appropriate advice or expertise in enhancing performance with due regard to health and safety initiatives. The parties also recognise the importance of conducting regular audits of the employer's operations, policies and procedures including the employees' skills, knowledge, qualifications and application of healthy and safe work practices.

  • Health and Safety Standards Contractor shall abide by all health and safety standards set forth by the State of California and/or the County of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ pursuant to the Injury and Illness Prevention Program. If applicable, Contractor must receive all health and safety information and training from County.
