Core Services Provided. The Services may include, but are not limited to, the following components: • Infrastructure Provisioning • Deployment and management of virtualized or cloud-based server, storage, and network resources required to support hosted applications. • Application-Level Monitoring • Real-time performance, availability, and error tracking for critical applications and services hosted in the managed environment. • Regular Data Backups • Scheduled backups of system and application data, with defined retention policies and restoration procedures for recovery in the event of data loss. • Operating System & Platform Patching • Ongoing patching and maintenance of supported operating systems, middleware, and platform components to ensure stability and security. • Role-Based User Access Controls • Implementation and management of user access permissions based on organizational roles and least-privilege principles. FAIR USE POLICY‌ The Customer acknowledges that these Services are provided at no cost and agrees to use them in accordance with fair usage guidelines established by Requordit. Excessive consumption of resources, misuse, or activities that jeopardize system integrity may result in service limitations, suspension, or termination.
