Daily Fares Allowance Clause Samples

The Daily Fares Allowance clause establishes a fixed daily amount that will be provided to cover transportation or travel expenses incurred during the course of work or service. Typically, this allowance is paid to employees, contractors, or service providers who are required to travel as part of their duties, and it may be used for public transit, taxis, or other necessary travel costs. The core function of this clause is to ensure that individuals are fairly compensated for out-of-pocket travel expenses, thereby promoting transparency and preventing disputes over reimbursement.
