ELECTRICAL WORKS. All the electrical lines will be concealed with copper wires. with PVC conduit. Each flat will have the following electrical points. Kitchen One Light Point, Three Power Plug Point, One Exhaust fan point. WATER SUPPLY & DRAINAGE:- One overhead water reservoir will be provided the required capacity of pump will be installed for storage of water in the overhead water reservoir. The drainage line will be connected to the existing sewer line through the Master trap. Each flat have separate water supply line from the overhead water reservoir through P.V.C. Pipes and fittings with proper necessary valves. For external drainage P.V.C. pipes will be used.
