Extended Warranties. Extended five and ten-year warranties for parts and labor for PB Heat PureFire ® residential gas boilers are available. This program is sold directly to the installing contractor/dealer who, in turn, will sell it to the home or building owner. Such additional warranty will commence on the 31st day following installation and expire on the five/ten year anniversary of installation. Extended warranty coverage is also available for certain boiler system accessories. The coverage on these accessories can be added to any new PB Heat boiler installations, only by the contractor/dealer who sells the boiler and the extended warranty contract. Repair at Hytera America’s option may include the replacement of parts, components and or boards with functionally equivalent, reconditioned or new parts or boards. Extended Warranties. At the time of purchase, students may also purchase an optional extended warranty (past the standard warranty period) from the supplier/manufacturer of their device, during which any manufacturing defects that may occur will also be repaired.

Extended Warranties. In addition to the obligations stated in Division 1, Section 4, Subsection 49.0, for all warranties extending beyond the standard one year period, as outlined in the Tender Documents, the Contractor shall provide Performance Assurance for the full duration of the longest Extended Warranty period. The combined Performance Assurance for the Extended Warranty period(s) for this particular Contract shall be in the form of a Certified Cheque, Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit, Bank Draft, Money Order, or Contract Maintenance Bond for ten percent (10%) of the Contract value.
