FINAL PRODUCTS. Grant Recipient submit a written report, (see Attachment 2) to the County summarizing and evaluating the accomplishments of their project within 60 days of the completion of the project but no later the completion date shown on this Agreement, and provide electronic copies of ALL advertising or promotional materials created and/or used for their project on a CD or flash media drive. Documentation of the acknowledgement of support from the County, in accordance with item 8 of this Agreement, should be included in the final reporting.

It directs state funding to projects that create more infill housing, increases mobility, and reduces vehicles emissions. Green Means Go funding will be directed to locally nominated Green Zones, areas that cities and counties have identified for infill development in their local plan that are within a center, corridor, or established community as identified in SACOG’s Metropolitan Transportation Plan/Sustainable Communities Strategy. In addition to reducing vehicle emissions, the pilot will also stimulate economic development and improve quality of life in the region. To support the pilot program, the SACOG Board has directed that eligible future state funds be used on the Green Means Go Program. All 28 local jurisdictions support this program and 23 have already adopted Green Zones, which are key areas that must have infill capacity, be in an area planned for infill development, and be in the center, corridor, or established community, as identified in SACOG’s Sustainable Communities Strategy (SCS). Green Means Go is the Sacramento region’s commitment and solution to California’s housing, climate, and transportation problems. Activities for Green Means Go in FY 2022-23 are funded by two state revenue sources: a Strategic Growth Council grant (Sac228) and REAP funds from the Housing and Community Development department (Sac229).

SACOG, as the regional Council of Governments, is eligible for $6,762,880 to address our region’s unique housing priorities and planning needs. The regional allocation is referred to as “Regional Early Action Planning” (REAP). SACOG's REAP program consists of: (1) suballocation of funding to member agencies for Housing Element updates, (2) suballocation to Civic Lab Year 2 teams, (3) Civic Lab Housing Series and related technical assistance, (4) non-competitive grants awarded to jurisdictions based on RHNA share, (5) competitive grant program targeting Green Zones, (6) staff and admin costs. Funding for housing planning aimed at accelerating and/or increasing housing supply and construction. This work will be performed by SACOG, consultants and member agencies (with funding through SACOG via grants); $150k is being passed through to South Lake Tahoe.

FINAL PRODUCTS. The deliverables of the assignment will be high standard of knowledge and communication services and products including: 1. Databases of LoCAL programmes and LoCAL investments including an online database to be included on the LoCAL website; 2. Country fact sheets and stories from the field and case studies materials edited in format suitable for web-page publication and other dissemination means; 3. High quality photos from the field that can be used for website and other communication product; 4. Video segments of length 1-3 minutes each covering LoCAL, country programmes, and events including individual interviews, with sub-titles where needed and of suitable size to be made available by download from a website or for presentation at conference events, in both UN officials languages (English and French); 5. Up-to-date LoCAL brochure and new knowledge and communication materials, with latest developments and findings; 6. An updated and well maintained LoCAL website (aligned with UNCDF website), illustrated, with pictures, videos, news, events and stories, with content which can feed into a e- newsletter, in English and French; 7. A database and library of programme outputs (ex. reports, assessments, photos, videos, press releases, press articles, communication products) 8. A short factual report documenting the activities carried out by the consultants and any lessons learned which may be of use to UNCDF/ LoCAL in undertaking similar initiatives in the future. All products and reports related to the assignment and mission will be provided to UNCDF and be subject to associated copyrights. The contractor will not use, without prior permission of UNCDF, any the materials or data produced during the assignment for any other purpose than furnishing UNCDF with a project delivery. Any use or reference to the information contained within the presented mission documents must be prior clarified and approved by UNCDF and clearly reference UNCDF as the source.
