Final Submittals. Tenant shall submit the following to City within ninety (90) days of beneficial occupancy:
a. Certified Financials. Tenant shall submit a statement of construction costs certifying the total construction cost of any improvement in a form reasonably required by City.
Final Submittals. A. No Contract will be finalized until all of the following have been submitted as required in Section 1100, SUBMITTALS:
1. Final shop drawings.
2. Record drawings.
3. Interface information.
4. Operation and Maintenance Manuals.
5. Equipment maintenance summaries.
6. Manufacturer's certification of proper installation.
7. Material certification for each item provided stating that it meets the requirements of the Specifications.
8. Sewer “as-builts” as specified by the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (if required).
B. No Contract will be finalized until all guarantees, bonds, certifications, licenses, and affidavits required for work or equipment as specified are satisfactorily filed with the Engineer and Owner.

Final Submittals. A. The CONTRACTOR, prior to requesting final payment, shall obtain and submit the following items to the ENGINEER for transmittal to the OWNER:
1. Written guarantees, where required.
2. Technical Manuals and instructions.
3. Maintenance stock items; spare parts; special tools.
4. Completed record drawings.
5. Bonds for roofing, maintenance, etc., as required.
6. Certificates of inspection and acceptance by local governing agencies having jurisdiction.
7. Releases from all parties who are entitled to claims against the subject project, property, or improvement pursuant to the provisions of law.
Final Submittals. Not later than day prior to scheduled final inspection, Contractor shall provide to Project Manager:
1. Record drawing sets of all plans and shop drawings annotated for as-built conditions.
2. Manuals and shop drawings annotated for any exceptions noted and as-built conditions.
3. Specified warranties pursuant to Article IV VI Section E.
4. Any remaining documentation of certifications and testing, and resubmittal of any such prior documentation that may have been subsequently updated by the final installation work.
5. A letter from the Contractor verifying his completion of the work in accordance with specifications and requesting final inspection and acceptance by the Agency. June 17, 2020 County of Ventura Bid #6001 Page C-41 General Conditions
Final Submittals. This will include the completion of all permits, forms, graphics, etc. for submittal and approval. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇ will draft notices of intent and notice of the establishment of a quiet zone for City submittal to respective agencies.
Final Submittals. The LAWA ACAMS O&M Provider shall furnish to LAWA the following items prior to final payment (LAWA ACAMS O&M Provider's final Application for Payment will not be processed by LAWA without receipt of closeout submittals):
a. Duly executed Affidavit of Payment of Debts and Claims.
b. Duly executed Affidavit of Release of Liens.
c. Consent of Surety to final payment.
d. Spare Parts (as applicable). Airport Technology and Business Systems - Project Management Office
Final Submittals. (a) At the completion of construction and prior to the final inspection of the Work, the Contractor shall submit the following items to the Company, as applicable: • Final Documents or Reports generated or utilized by the Contractor in performance of the Work, such as: o Hydrogeolgic Reports and Modeling o Soil Testing and Compaction Reports o Material Compliance Reports o Pressure and leakage testing results o Bacteriological testing results • Record Drawings • Photographs, before, during, and after construction. • Any manufacturers’ or suppliers’ warranties and equipment literature.
