Grievance and Contract Administration Sample Clauses
The Grievance and Contract Administration clause establishes procedures for addressing and resolving disputes or complaints that arise under the terms of a contract. Typically, it outlines the steps employees or parties must follow to file a grievance, such as submitting a written complaint, engaging in meetings or hearings, and possibly proceeding to arbitration if the issue remains unresolved. This clause ensures that there is a clear, structured process for managing disagreements, thereby promoting fairness and consistency in contract enforcement and helping to prevent unresolved conflicts from escalating.
