Grievance Procedure Definitions Clause Samples
The 'Grievance Procedure' clause establishes a formal process for employees to raise and resolve workplace complaints or disputes. Typically, it outlines the steps an employee must follow, such as submitting a written complaint to management, attending meetings to discuss the issue, and possibly escalating the matter if it is not resolved at lower levels. This clause ensures that both employees and employers have a clear, structured method for addressing grievances, thereby promoting fairness and reducing the risk of unresolved conflicts in the workplace.
