GRIEVANCE SUBMISSION. A. Written grievances as required herein shall contain the following: 1. It shall be signed by the grievant or grievants. 2. It shall be specific. 3. It shall give a synopsis of the facts giving rise to the alleged violation. 4. It shall cite the Section or Subsections of this Agreement alleged to have been violated. 5. GRIEVANCE SUBMISSION. 1. Before submission of a written grievance, the aggrieved must attempt to resolve it informally with the immediate superior (except as indicated in C.2. following next). 2.
