Guidance Services Clause Samples
The Guidance Services clause defines the scope and nature of advisory or consultative support provided under an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the types of guidance offered, such as technical advice, compliance recommendations, or process improvement suggestions, and may specify the format (e.g., written reports, meetings) and frequency of such services. Its core practical function is to clarify the expectations and boundaries of the guidance provided, ensuring both parties understand the extent and limitations of the support, thereby reducing misunderstandings and aligning service delivery with contractual objectives.
