Handover on Termination Clause Samples
The 'Handover on Termination' clause defines the obligations of a party to transfer materials, information, or responsibilities to the other party when a contract ends. In practice, this may require the departing party to deliver project documents, return equipment, or provide access to systems and data necessary for the continuation of services. This clause ensures a smooth transition at the end of the contractual relationship, minimizing disruption and safeguarding the interests of both parties by clarifying what must be handed over and when.
