To manage complaints received by the HHIA, and implement appropriate measures to rectify; 3.3.2.12. To contribute to strategic care, health and housing decision making as required to help meet local targets and objectives; 3.3.2.13. To prepare and maintain policies and procedures relating to the delivery of services and, where necessary, seeking approval/adoption of these; 3.3.2.14. Head of Service. The Head of Service, appointed by the City of Doncaster Council (the “Host Agency”) shall provide overall strategic oversight and direction to SYRAA. The Head of Service shall be line- managed by the Assistant Director for Children, Young People and Families for the Host Agency in accordance with the terms as set out in the Business Case and the Agreement with its Schedules.
