Higher Level Duties Clause Samples
The "Higher Level Duties" clause defines obligations that go beyond the basic requirements typically outlined in a contract, often imposing additional standards or responsibilities on one or both parties. In practice, this may require a party to adhere to industry best practices, comply with stricter regulatory standards, or provide a higher quality of service than the minimum specified elsewhere in the agreement. The core function of this clause is to ensure that the parties meet elevated expectations, thereby reducing the risk of subpar performance and clarifying the standard to which contractual duties must be performed.
