Duties and Tasks. Below are suggested duties/tasks for the purpose of exploring a Lead Social Worker position. This list may be amended as needed.
Duties and Tasks. Conducts legal research in relation to matters before the Court by consulting and accessing information on legal precedent and/or from relevant sources to enable the effective disposition of cases and matters before the Court.

Duties and Tasks. An employee at this level would develop the necessary skills relevant to the performance of the duties listed below: ▪ Perform general labouring and/or cleaning duties ▪ Operate boats, including loading and unloading ▪ Moor pens ▪ Move materials and equipment ▪ Harvest and bleed fish ▪ Record fish farm data ▪ Carry out basic net repairs (The employee will also be undertaking structured training to obtain a First Aid Certificate and restricted Coxswain Certificate, unless such qualifications are already held.)

Facilitates department efforts towards standards based curriculum development, common assessments for like courses, procuring appropriate resource materials, performance based assessment, and effective instruction, including the infusion of technology. b. Leads the department in the development of measurable and meaningful annual goals supportive of designated school wide goals as part of the school plan and individual department goals. c. Facilitates department discussions on student performance data for the purpose of curricular or instructional modification. d. Assists and supports new teachers to the department in matters of instruction, curriculum, assessment, and other norms of the department and school. e. Serves as a resource to the administration and Leadership Team to assist in creating a culture of continual improvement. f. Serves as a liaison between the department and the Leadership Team, administration, the offices of Curriculum and Assessment with respect to student performance, department and school wide initiatives, and professional development, as well as departments. g. Coordinates logistical aspects of departmental business, including: textbook adoption, District and State testing, managing the department budget, and ensuring equity to all members. h. Collaborates on behalf of the department with administration and counseling regarding master schedule, articulation, and student placement in the various department courses. i. Coordinates the representation of the department to the community via parent newsletters, parent meeting, and award nights. j. Participates in joint meetings or communication with the Leadership Team and establishes a process of on-going communication to other site leadership committees as needed.
Duties and Tasks. ERSC shall perform comprehensive daily inspection and field peer review and monitoring duties that may include, but not be limited to, the following tasks: • Respond to concerns of the residents living along the construction sites and those who travel through it and the community at large. This would also include individuals and groups with concerns related to ADA access issues; • Verify that all required state and federal employee’s rights posters are present and up-to-date; • Coordinate with utility companies and the contractor, in order for utility companies to move their conflicting facilities and minimize impact on the construction schedule; • Measure and prepare monthly spreadsheets of the quantity of work completed for progress payment and confirm all measurements and quantities with the Contractor; • Inspect utility relocations to verify that the utility companies are constructing their facilities according to the City permit and applicable standards; • Issue weekly statements of working days to keep the contractor informed of his remaining time limits; • Review change order requests and negotiate change orders, provide recommendations; • Review Contractor’s safety program and recommend amendments or acceptance; • Review Contractor’s traffic control plan and recommend amendments or acceptance; • Review contractor’s submittals of materials and shop drawings for conformance with the contract specifications and recommend amendments or acceptance; • Review contractors’ Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan and dust control plan submittals and recommend amendments or approval; • Review the pedestrian and ADA paths of travel through the project periodically to monitor access and safety concerns and recommend alternatives and/or adjustments. • Review the Contractor’s schedule and advise the Contractor to take action on schedule issues; • Coordinate and arrange with soil consultant to provide construction testing as needed for the work; • Inspect asphalt pavement operations. Thorough knowledge and experience with asphalt concrete mix design and proper paving procedures is required by the inspector; • Inspect contractors’ construction activities in compliance with all local and regional governing bodies and utility providers; • Inspect safety practices of contractors in compliance with CAL OSHA, motor vehicle code and other safety requirements; • Inspect construction site for public safety, and report the discovered deficiencies to the contractor for immedi...

  • Duties and Taxes All stamp, documentary, registration or other like duties or Taxes (excluding Excluded Taxes and any Taxes that are the subject of Section 12.1), including Taxes and any penalties, additions, fines, surcharges or interest relating thereto, or any notarial fees which are imposed or chargeable on or in connection with this Agreement or any other Purchase Document or any other document executed pursuant hereto or thereto shall be paid by each of the Sellers, it being understood and agreed that the Administrative Agent and each Purchaser shall be entitled but not obligated to pay any such duties or Taxes (whether or not they are its primary responsibility), and each of the Sellers shall on demand indemnify the Administrative Agent or such Purchaser, as applicable, against those duties or Taxes and against any reasonable costs and expenses so incurred by it in discharging them. Without prejudice to the survival of any other provision hereof, the terms of this Section 12.2 shall survive the termination of this Agreement and payment of all other amounts payable hereunder.

  • Duties and Responsibilities (a) The Auction Agent is acting solely as agent for the Trust hereunder and owes no fiduciary duties to any other Person by reason of this Agreement.   • Position, Duties and Responsibilities (a) During the Term, Executive will be employed by the REIT Operator and will serve as the Chief Operating Officer of the REIT, reporting directly to the Co-Chief Executive Officers (the “Co-CEOs”) or the board of directors (the “Board of Directors” or the “Board”) of the REIT. In this capacity, Executive shall have the duties, authorities and responsibilities as are required by Executive’s position commensurate with the duties, authorities and responsibilities of persons in similar capacities in similarly sized companies, and such other duties, authorities and responsibilities as may reasonably be assigned to Executive as the Co-CEOs of the REIT or the Board shall designate from time to time that are not inconsistent with Executive’s position and that are consistent with the bylaws of the REIT, the limited partnership agreement of the Operating Company, and the limited liability company agreement of the REIT Operator, each as may be amended from time to time, including, but not limited to, managing the affairs of the Company. (b) During the Term, Executive will, without additional compensation, also serve on the board of directors of, serve as an officer of, or perform such executive and consulting services for, or on behalf of, such subsidiaries of the REIT as the Co-CEOs of the REIT or the Board may, from time to time, request. (c) During the Term, Executive will serve the Company faithfully, diligently, and to the best of Executive’s ability and will devote substantially all of Executive’s business time and attention to the performance of Executive’s duties hereunder, and shall have no other employment (including self-employment), whether or not such activity is engaged in for pecuniary profit; provided, that, nothing contained herein shall prohibit Executive from (i) participating in trade associations or industry organizations in furtherance of the Company’s interests, (ii) engaging in charitable, civic, educational or political activities, (iii) engaging in passive personal investment activities for Executive and Executive’s family or (iv) accepting directorships or similar positions, subject to approval in advance by the Board of Directors of the REIT, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld (together, the “Personal Activities”), in each case so long as the Personal Activities do not (x) unreasonably interfere, individually or in the aggregate, with the performance of Executive’s duties to the Company under this Agreement, (y) have an adverse impact on the Company’s business reputation, or (z) violate the Restrictive Covenants (as defined below), in each case as determined by the Board. (d) During the Term, Executive shall perform the services required by this Agreement at the Company’s principal offices located in Dallas, Texas (the “Principal Location”), except for travel to other locations as may be necessary to fulfill Executive’s duties and responsibilities hereunder.
