Installation Guide. AMNH will provide an Installation Guide at least three (3) months in advance of the Public Opening Date as specified on the front page of this Agreement. Borrower will install the Exhibition in accordance with the AMNH Installation Guide and in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and ordinances. In the event of a conflict between the Installation Guide and such laws and ordinances, Borrower shall notify AMNH and install the Exhibition in accordance with the laws and ordinances. Floorplan: AMNH will provide Borrower with a digital floor plan (Vectorworks or .dwg) of the Exhibition as installed at AMNH. Borrower will use this file to design a Vectorworks or .dwg layout of the Exhibition for Borrower’s Facility, with the advice and final approval of AMNH. Borrower agrees to install the Exhibition per the final, mutually-agreed layout.

Installation Guide. The immersiaTV installer is python script, so we will need to install python version 2.7. The immersia.zxp file has to be located in the same directory as immersiaInstaller.py. Installation Guide. The Subcontractor shall develop an Installation Guide and prepare Release Notes for each of the services. Release Notes shall document known bugs and their status, and provide references/links to other relevant documentation. The Installation Guide shall outline the supported configurations and technical installation instructions for the services.   • Installation When installation is required, the Contractor shall be responsible for placing and installing the Commodities or parts in the required locations at no additional charge. All materials used in the installation shall be of good quality and shall be free of defects that would diminish the appearance of the Commodity or render it structurally or operationally unsound. Installation includes the furnishing of any equipment, tools, rigging, labor, and materials required to install or replace the Commodities or parts in the proper location. Contractor shall protect the site from damage and shall repair damages or injury caused during installation by Contractor or its employees or agents. If any alteration, dismantling, excavation, etc., is required to achieve installation, the Contractor shall promptly restore the structure or site to its original condition. Contractor shall perform installation work so as to cause the least inconvenience and interference with Customers and with proper consideration of others on site. Upon completion of the installation, the location and surrounding area of work shall be left clean and in a neat and unobstructed condition, with everything in satisfactory repair and order.

  • Software Installation The AGENCY shall request approval in writing from the COUNTY prior to installation of any software on COUNTY computer equipment. All software installations must be supervised by COUNTY technical support staff and proof of licensing is required. Upon completion, the AGENCY is responsible for reconfiguring the computers back to the original state.

  • Installations Any special carpentry, wiring, electrical or other work, gas, steam, water and drainage connection shall be installed at Exhibitor’s expense, and in accordance with the building and Management’s direction.

  • Installation Services The Bitstream 2a Service includes a Standard Install as set out below (in each case to the extent that the relevant provisioning works are not already complete for the relevant Service Order).1

  • Installation Waiver Company will waive the one-time installation charges associated with the implementation of Services within the 48 contiguous States of the U.S. provided under this Agreement except for the following services: (i) eDSL, (ii) VPN, (iii) Internet Dedicated OC3, OC12, OC48, Gig-E, (iv) PTT / third party services (including International Access and Company International), (v) Data Center, (vi) Paging, (vii) Managed Services, (viii) CPE, (ix) Enhanced Call Routing, (x) Local Disaster Recovery, (xi) Audio, Video and Net Conferencing, (xii) Voice over IP Services, (xiii) Security Services, (xiv) Non-Listing/Non-Published Service, (xv) Telecommunications Service Priority, and (xvi) Services provided by Company incumbent local exchange carriers (“ILECs”) or by Cellco Partnership and its affiliates d/b/a Company Wireless. Usage charges, monthly recurring charges, expedite charges, change charges, surcharges, charges for an unlisted or non-published number, any charges imposed by third parties (including access, egress, jack, or wiring charges), taxes or tax-like surcharges, or other Governmental Charges will not be waived.
