Use of Tools. (1) Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Contractor will carry out the Services using their own tools and their own other aids. (2) The tools and other aids required for the Services are to be procured and made ready for use by the Contractor. (3) The tools and aids must be fit for the intended purpose and must meet the requirements of any statutory provisions prevailing at the Delivery Location at the time of service delivery. (4) The cost of using these tools and other aids is compensated for in the remuneration. (5) The Contractor is obliged to notify us in writing, without delay and in a timely fashion before the Services deadline if they themself are unable to make available the tools or other aids required by the service date. (1) While performing the service, the Contractor will comply with all statutory provisions prevailing at the Delivery Location. This applies especially to provisions relating to accident prevention and environmental protection. (2) The Contractor will comply with all of our prevailing operating specifications and instructions or those of our customer where the Contractor has to perform the Services. (3) The Contractor must handle our property and our customers' property with particular care and must take particular care not to damage the aforesaid property.

Use of Tools. Operation of all hand tools, pneumatic, electric motor, combustion or air driven tools or equipment necessary for performance of the work described herein shall be the work of the Laborer. On a job requiring a tool shanty or tool room, said tool shanty or room shall be tended by a Laborer if Employer determines tending is required.

Use of Tools. 6.1. The Stakeholder’s use of the SofaX Services and SofaX Platform, including the selection of its username and store name, must not be unlawful, inaccurate, misleading, false, fraudulent, defamatory, trade libellous, or otherwise unsuitable or inappropriate. Any login credentials and account identification issued by SofaX to the Stakeholder may be used only during the period that the Stakeholder is permitted to use the SofaX Platform, and for the purpose of managing the Stakeholder’s catalogue of Products and/or Services listed on the SofaX Platform, including but not limited to updating information about the Products and/or Services (e.g. prices). The Stakeholder may not share the login credentials and account identification with any person other than employees of the Stakeholder. The availability of the SofaX Services and SofaX Platform is subject to: (a) the availability of resources, including but not limited to resources under the control of SofaX and the availability of a suitable network infrastructure at the time the relevant service is requested or delivered; (b) where applicable, the geographic and technical capability of communication networks and other delivery systems at the time the relevant services are requested or delivered; (c) provisioning time that may be required by SofaX to provide the relevant services; and (d) the Stakeholder satisfying the technical requirements for using the SofaX Platform from time to time. 6.3. The Stakeholder shall not engage, directly or indirectly, in any fraudulent, inappropriate or unlawful activities in connection with the SofaX Services or SofaX Platform, including but not limited to: (a) generating fraudulent, repetitive or otherwise invalid clicks, impressions, queries or other interactions, whether through the use of automated applications or otherwise; (b) collecting any user information, indexing or caching any portion of the SofaX Platform, whether through the use of automated applications or otherwise; (c) targeting communications of any kind on the basis of the intended recipient being a user of the SofaX Platform; (d) interfering with the proper working of the SofaX Platform, SofaX Services, or SofaX's other systems; (e) transmitting any viruses, Trojan horses or other harmful code; or (f) attempting to bypass any mechanism SofaX uses to detect or prevent such activities.

Use of Tools. Operation of all hand, pneumatic, electric, motor, combustion or air-driven tools or equipment necessary for the performance of work described herein, including carryable pumps, walk-behind fork lift, walk-behind rollers or wackers (with or without levers), walk-behind vibrators (with or with levers), all walk-behind concrete saws regardless of type (self-propelled or manual), gunnite nozzle and machine man, wagon drill operators, air track or similar, walk-behind power roller (one (1) or two (two) barrel), combination tamper and vibrator, walk-behind roller and tamper and power wheelbarrows and buggies.

Use of Tools. The Inspector may use tools such as moisture meters, thermal imaging cameras, and other non-invasive equipment to assess the condition of the Property. However, no destructive testing will be conducted. Building Defects and Conditions Assessed: The Inspector will provide a detailed description of the condition of the Property, including any building faults or defects observed. These may include: Structural Damages: Such as cracks in walls, foundations, or other structural elements. Rising Damp and Mould: Indicators of moisture issues that may affect the building’s integrity. Roof Defects: Including holes, leaks, or other roof-related issues. Asbestos: Visual identification of potential asbestos-containing materials (noting that testing and removal are outside the scope of the inspection).

Use of Tools. Employees required to use hand/power tools or equipment must only use such tools and/or equipment under direct supervision unless the said employee has received direct instruction from his/her supervisor that they may use the tool(s) without supervision. The supervisor when making the direction must ensure that the employee(s) have been appropriately trained and are competent to use the tools and equipment.
