Lump Sum Fee. For the transfer of the contractual rights, the Buyer shall pay to the Seller a lump sum fee amounting to EUR 20,000.- Such fee is due upon conclusion hereof.
Lump Sum Fee. Unless instructed otherwise, we will submit our invoice(s) to the address shown at the beginning of this cost estimate. If conditions are encountered that require Scope of Services revisions and/or result in higher fees, we will contact you for approval, prior to initiating services. A supplemental cost estimate stating the modified Scope of Services as well as its effect on our fee will be prepared. We will not proceed without your authorization. Project Schedule We developed a schedule to complete the Scope of Services based upon our existing availability and understanding of your project schedule. However, our schedule does not account for delays in field exploration beyond our control, such as weather conditions, delays resulting from utility clearance, permit delays, or lack of permission to access the boring locations. In the event the schedule provided is inconsistent with your needs, please contact us so we may consider alternatives. Lump Sum Fee. USG will pay Diagnos $230,000, payable as follows:
(1) $70,000 non-refundable upon execution of this Agreement; and
(2) $160,000 upon delivery by Diagnos to USG of the final Deliverable described in Section 4 of the Statement of Work.
Lump Sum Fee. The City agrees to pay the Consultant a lump sum fee for Design Services (field check) of $166,000. Design services after field check and Construction Phase Services shall be completed under separate negotiated agreement or through Amendment of this Agreement. Professional fees are based on the scope of services outlined in Exhibit A of this Agreement and shall be completed in accordance with a mutually agreed to schedule. Other methods of compensation are allowed only after written approval by the City Engineer.
