Total Remuneration. Total remuneration “TR” for employees covered by this Agreement comprises the total remunerative benefits to the employee and is calculated by adding individual annual salary (refer pay slip) and adding the superannuation subsidy @10.184% of salary, the insurance subsidy per year ($208), and the annual PCT payment (per year basis) ($786) ($809.5) ($834). For purposes of calculating total remuneration, the superannuation subsidy for all employees is the PSS rate of 15.2% of salary, less withholding tax, that is 10.184% net. The assessed value of superannuation in employees TR will not be affected by periodic changes in the GSF employer subsidy or changes in superannuation withholding tax. Parties to the Agreement can raise issues in relation to these at subsequent agreement negotiations.

Total Remuneration. ‌ 14.1 Employees are remunerated on a Total Remuneration basis. The Total Remuneration for employees is made up of the following components: (i) Base Salary; (ii) Shift Multiplier; and (iii) Short Term Incentives 14.2 The Base Salary is comprehensive and unless specified elsewhere in this Agreement includes provision for the payment of any allowances or payments that may otherwise be payable or have been payable to an employee.
