Lunch Allowance. An employee who works more than two (2) hours of overtime after their regular shift, without being requested to do so on the previous shift, shall be entitled to a lunch allowance of $4.50. An employee who works fourteen (14) or more continuous hours, without being requested to do so on the previous shift, shall be entitled to a further $4.50 lunch allowance. The employees are responsible for submitting the claim through his supervisor for the lunch allowance.

There shall be no duplication of lunch allowances under provisions 7.11.1 and 7.11.2 above. The employees shall be given reasonable time to eat his lunch without loss of pay.
Lunch Allowance. The Company provides a monthly lunch allowance of CHF 120.00 to every employee. This allowance is subject to the applicable tax and social security deductions in the Canton of Geneva. This allowance is not guaranteed and is subject to change or discontinuation in the future.
