Means of Access. During the term of this Agreement, ▇▇▇▇ agrees to provide to Vendor access to the Participant’s Data Set via the Internet using the Real Estate Transaction Standard service (“RETS”).
Means of Access. To be provided, if at all, on a per project basis in an Individual Project request for proposal.

Company agrees to access the Services in a secure manner in compliance with Perfect’s reasonable standards established from time to time which currently require Company’s use of web browsers utilizing 128 bit SSL encryption. Perfect, in its sole discretion, may specify connectivity standards to access the Services when applicable. The credentials of Companies not meeting these standards may be terminated or suspended at any time.
Means of Access. CONCESSIONAIRE, its agents, invitees, guests, employees and suppliers have a non-exclusive right of ingress to and egress from the Concession Space by a means of access located outside the boundaries of such space as specified by CORPORATION. Such access shall, without exception, be in common with such other persons (including, at the option of the CORPORATION, the general public) as the CORPORATION may authorize or permit, and the CORPORATION may at any time close, relocate, reconstruct or modify such means of access, provided that a reasonable convenient and adequate means of ingress and egress is available for the same purposes. This right of access is subject to the security requirements of the section herein entitled “Security.”
Means of Access. The Customer is responsible for the use of the connec- tions via its line, the use of passwords and/or access to the Service provided, including dial-up numbers that incur additional costs, and for the use of its line by third parties. The Customer must keep all identification data, such as PIN and PUK and other codes and passwords, secret and agrees, in particular, to keep the data secure and not to disclose it to third parties. The Customer shall use appropriate, state-of-the-art security measures to protect its infrastructure and data from unauthorised access by third parties. The Cus- tomer shall be liable for all damages resulting from its failure to comply with these security requirements. The Customer must inform Sunrise immediately of any unauthorised use or loss of its identification data or SIM card. Up to this point in time, the Customer must in any event pay for the services received through the line in question (e.g., use by third parties). The Customer must ensure that the end user of the services (e.g., employees) complies with the provi- sions set forth herein.
Means of Access. The Government, its agents and employees have a non-exclusive right of ingress to and egress from the Demised Premises by a means of access located outside the boundaries of such space as specified by the City. In non-public areas, such access shall be restricted under the Airport’s security requirements as described in the section herein entitled “Security,” and the City may at any time access, close, relocate, reconstruct or modify existing means of access, provided that a reasonably convenient and adequate means of ingress and egress is available for the same purposes. The City has established access corridors and access door locations for the Demised Premises, and such plans are available from Airport Planning and Design. Nothing in this Lease shall be construed to prevent the City from charging the operators of vehicles carrying passengers and property a fee for the privilege of entering upon the Airport or using the roadways in or on the Airport, or soliciting passengers upon the Airport, or otherwise operating on the Airport; and the City reserves the right to make such charges provided that they do not discriminate unreasonably against the operators of vehicles used for carrying officers, employees, passengers or property of the Government.
