Month Contracts. Senior Academic Advisors on twelve (12) month contracts shall report to work all days that the College is open or take leave.

The standard annual teaching load for lecturers and clinical faculty members holding eleven (11)-month contracts, whose contracts do not carry the expectations for research or University-wide service (§3.2.3.1, 3.2.3.5), includes the additional six (6) to eight (8) units and is also distributed across the fiscal year. If for any reason more than 4 weeks worth of sessions has been taken off and abides by the cancellation policy either a credit in cash or credit in sessions will be refunded back to the client.
