Moving Assistance. If Owner is eligible for moving assistance and such assistance is included in Owner award, then NCORR, CM and Contractor will work with Owner in scheduling movers to assist Owner in moving personal property, fixtures, and/or appliances to Owner temporary housing and/or into mobile storage unit delivered to the Property at least 25 days, unless a shorten time period is agreed upon by the parties, before Contractor’s start of construction set forth in the Notice to Proceed.
Moving Assistance a. Assistance will be provided to transferred teachers to move properly packaged materials from one school to another, upon the request of the teacher.
Moving Assistance. 1. Members transferred after July 15 or at any time during the school year to a different class in a different school building, shall be given either two (2) student-free days or two (2) day’s pay at moving rate. When the member and administrator jointly agree that they are needed, the member can be given up to three (3) student-free days or pay for three (3) days at the moving rate. The District shall transport the member’s books, materials, and other belongings, as well as any classroom furniture, equipment, books and/or supplies that are designated to move with the member.
2. When the District initiates the need for a member to move between offices or classrooms the member shall be given one (1) day’s moving rate. When the member and administrator jointly agree that an abnormal amount of classroom equipment needs to be moved, the member can be given up to two (2) student-free days or pay for two (2) days at the moving rate. Moving Assistance. Upon Request: the unit member will receive moving assistance.
Moving Assistance. An employee who is required to move from his/her current classroom or work site or to move to a new work site shall be provided at least two (2) day’s pay at the hourly rate (Section 7.04). Additional days may be granted for exceptional circumstances.

If any involuntary reassignment or involuntary transfer is made for a K-5 bargaining unit member less than two weeks prior to the first day of school, the bargaining unit member will be given either three working days to prepare without classroom responsibility, or three days of compensation at the then current substitute rate.
4.7.1 If any involuntary reassignment or involuntary transfer is made for a middle school bargaining unit member less than two weeks prior the first day of school or after the start of the trimester, that bargaining unit member shall be given one working day to prepare without classroom responsibility or one day of compensation at the then current substitute rate for each new subject area or grade level.
4.7.2 Any bargaining unit member who is reassigned or who volunteers to transfer in lieu of involuntary transfer shall qualify for the following: a. Use of up to 75 moving boxes* b. Assistance with moving c. Technology assistance, e.g., District computers will be set up. d. **Stipend of $30 per hour up to a maximum of $420, by submitting documentation to the principal.
4.7.3 For bargaining unit members who qualify for the foregoing, the District will make every effort to provide a classroom that is ready to move into at the time of the physical transfer of rooms. *The District shall take responsibility for moving textbooks and classroom equipment. **For unit members who are moving classrooms.
Moving Assistance. Employees who move from one work station to another shall not be required to move their books, supplies or equipment.
a. In recognition of the work involved in suitably packing and unpacking classroom materials, members who are moved from one work station to another at the request of the district or building administrator will receive a stipend equal to one (1) day (7.5 hrs.) at the non- instructional rate to pack and one (1) day (7.5 hrs.) at the non-instructional rate to un-pack. Employees required to move rooms with equipment, such as labs, workshops, etc. may receive additional days at the non- instructional rate with administrator approval. Moving activities will occur outside the instructional day to avoid interference with instructional activities.
b. Teachers who choose to move rooms for personal preference must have administrative approval. This type of move is not eligible for assistance under this provision.
Moving Assistance. Upon request, the unit member shall receive moving assistance from the District.
Moving Assistance. The Company shall provide Executive with a five year, full recourse loan (the “Moving Assistance Loan”) in an original principal amount of $150,000 at an interest rate equal to the mid-term federal rate as defined in Section 1274 of the Internal Revenue Code. Interest shall accrue and shall be payable solely at the election of Executive. The Moving Assistance Loan documentation shall contain provisions for acceleration upon termination of employment by the Company with cause or upon termination by the Executive without good reason as specified below and for forgiveness on a pro-rata basis of the principal amount of the loan and all accrued interest on each anniversary of the Effective Date and full forgiveness in the event Executive remains continuously employed by the Company for five years, dies, becomes disabled, is terminated without cause or terminates his employment with good reason pursuant to Section 8.2(c).
