Multiple Tenants. Should more than one party enter into this Lease as Tenant, each party so constituting Tenant shall be liable, jointly and severally with the other or others, for all obligations of Tenant under this Lease, and Landlord may enforce its rights hereunder against such party with or without seeking enforcement thereof against the other or others.
Multiple Tenants. If more than one individual or entity comprises and constitutes Tenant, then all individuals and entities comprising Tenant are and shall be jointly and severally liable for the due and proper performance of Tenant's duties and obligations arising under or in connection with this Lease.

It is expressly understood that any one of the named Tenants shall be empowered to execute any modification, amendment, exhibit, floor plan, or other document herein referred to and bind all of the named Tenants thereto; and Landlord shall be entitled to rely on same to the extent as if all of the named Tenants had executed same.
Multiple Tenants. It is understood that this Premises will contain multiple tenants. Each Tenant is jointly and severally liable for all Rental Agreement obligations. If Tenant or any invitee or occupant violates the Rental Agreement or rules of the Landlord, all Tenants are considered to have violated the Rental Agreement. Requests and notices to any Tenant constitute notices to all Tenants and Occupants.
Multiple Tenants. Each Tenant who signed the Lease Agreement shall sign this Pet Consent Agreement. Tenants and Tenants’ guest or occupants shall abide by all Pet rules provided herein. Each Tenant shall be jointly and severally liable for damages and all other obligations set forth here in, even if such Tenant does not own the Pet.
Multiple Tenants. Where more than one Tenant signs this Agreement, a deduction to be made from the security deposit will be joint and several. Landlord will prepare one (1) check payable to a designated Tenant, and forward same to forwarding address provided to Landlord by written notice as required herein.
Multiple Tenants. If any other Tenants in adjoining premises share responsibility with Landlord and Tenant in any expenses, the percentages allocated to Landlord and Tenant in this lease shall represent only their respective portions of the total shared expenses. Therefore, their percentages may total less than 100%. Nothing shall prevent the Landlord from paying a Tenant's share of an expense, and billing the Tenant for the amount so paid.

These provisions shall be in addition to any other remedies available to Landlord under this Lease or otherwise. The Tenant shall not have any claim against the Landlord whatsoever based upon availability of parking spaces or parking conditions. Tenant understands and acknowledges that Tenant is parking its vehicle at the property at its own risk. Landlord shall have no liability for any damage to vehicles that occurs at the property or any theft or vandalism to any vehicle while at the property. Tenant shall follow all of the rules and regulations of the property, including, but not limited to those set forth herein.
