Network Coverage geographical location/territory where (within which) it is technically possible to use the Services provided by the Operator's Fixed Network (Fixed Network coverage) and/or Mobile Network (Mobile Network coverage).

Network Coverage. Agile shall keep an up-to-date list of the mobile operators covered at all times. Agile reserves the right to amend the list by adding or removing operators, as appropriate. Although Agile will cover as many mobile operators as is commercially feasible, Agile makes no commitment, representation or warranty that any particular mobile operator will continue to be reachable at any time in the future. The current list of mobile operators is available from Agile for consultation upon request.
Network Coverage. The engin Network is not free from faults or interruptions. The Quality of Service (QoS) and each of its features may be subject to congestions, “dropouts” and/or loss of data. Coverage is dependant on the availability of a Broadband connection in any given area.

Network Coverage. Cellnet will be responsible for Fixed Network infrastructure coverage issues and will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve any Fixed Network infrastructure coverage issues promptly, as necessary, to perform the AMR Services.

Actual coverage and quality of Services may be affected by conditions within or beyond our control, including Network problems, software, signal strength, Customer’s equipment, structures (including building where Customer may be located), atmospheric, geographic, or topographic conditions.
Network Coverage. 11.1 GTE agrees to pursue expansion of network coverage in accordance with the needs of USCI or its sub-agent/authorized retailer and in consideration of the costs benefits of such expansion. GTE agrees to represent their current coverage as consistent with that shown on Attachment F. Coverage is subject to overall expansion every quarter.

After deployment and prior to commencement of service, Metricom shall perform measurements to confirm that the planned coverage area is likely to be achieved in a loaded system. Techniques used to perform these measurements and assumptions used to predict coverage shall be described by Metricom to MCI WorldCom and Metricom shall consider any comments on the techniques by MCI WorldCom. -------------------- * Confidential Treatment Requested After commencement of service, Metricom shall conduct on-going measurements and performance monitoring in order to verify the coverage area of the system during periods of maximum load. Techniques and assumptions used to verify the coverage area of the operational system shall be described by Metricom to MCI WorldCom, and Metricom shall consider MCI WorldCom's comments on such techniques. If shortfalls in the planned coverage area [ *** ] are found in the operational fully-loaded system, Metricom shall make modifications to expand the operational coverage area so that it conforms to the planned coverage area. Such work should be carried out on a commercially reasonable schedule, which Metricom shall supply to MCI WorldCom.
Network Coverage. 18.1 You acknowledge that: (1) the Service is only available in areas covered by the Optus 3G/HSPA network; (2) you are responsible for enquiring whether coverage is available in the area in which you want to use the Service. Locall Australis’s wireless coverage locator is published at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. 18.2 In areas that the Service is available, Locall Australis does not guarantee that: (1) The Service is available in each place within an area covered by the Optus 3G/HSPA network; (2) ‘Drop-outs’ will not occur; (3) There will be no delays in transferring data when switching between bearer networks; (4) There will be no congestion on the Optus 3G/HSPA network.
