OUR VALUES Clause Samples
The "OUR VALUES" clause defines the fundamental principles and ethical standards that guide the behavior and decision-making of the parties involved in the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines commitments to integrity, respect, fairness, and compliance with laws, and may reference specific values such as diversity, sustainability, or social responsibility. By articulating these core values, the clause sets expectations for conduct and helps ensure that all parties align with the organization's culture and ethical priorities, thereby fostering trust and reducing the risk of conflicts arising from value misalignments.

We embrace a trauma informed approach, and all of our staff understand it’s importance and are developing their practice in this area. This policy outlines how the expectations we have of our students are aligned with our school values of Work Hard, Be Kind, Take Responsibility. At The Coleshill School we aim to ensure that students take responsibility for their behaviours and the associated consequences and rewards. Through clear and robust systems, a consistent and proactive approach is taken to ensure all students can be successful. Our values of Work Hard, Be Kind and Take Responsibility are fundamental and underpin our restorative and relational approach, where we encourage students to repair relationships, take responsibility and make things right when needed.
