Outside Overtime Clause Samples

The Outside Overtime clause defines how overtime work performed outside of regular working hours is managed and compensated. Its core practical function is to ensure fair compensation for extra work performed outside normal hours and to set clear expectations for both employers and employees regarding overtime obligations.
