Part-Time Regular Sample Clauses
The 'Part-Time Regular' clause defines the employment status and terms for employees who work fewer hours than full-time staff but on a consistent, ongoing basis. Typically, this clause outlines eligibility for certain benefits, work schedules, and expectations regarding hours worked per week or pay period. By clearly distinguishing part-time regular employees from full-time or temporary staff, the clause ensures both employer and employee understand the rights, benefits, and obligations associated with this employment category, thereby reducing confusion and potential disputes.
